iFly MAX 737 blank screens

Featured Replies

I just purchased the iFly 737 MAX and installed it in both sims (2020 & 2024). However, once in the sim, the screens are dark and my mouse cannot move any of the switches. As far as I can tell the plug-in is congifured correctly but something is very wrong here. Just as an aside, I noticed the fire handles are all switched over to the left side.

I would definitely apprceiate any help to get this bird going.

Are you sure the plug-in is running?

Check task bar bottom right to see if it is running.

Also check mouse interaction in MSFS is set to lock not legacy.

Perhaps it isn't.

Is there a way to verify it's working?

Okay, I see the orange icon for the plug-in in my task bar.

But can you tell me where I make the change for the mouse setting, please? I looked in several places and didn't see where that could be done.

I went to Flight Interface>Cockpit Interaction System and chose the Lock option.

To change the mouse interaction mode from Legacy to Lock in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, follow these steps:

🖱️ How to Switch Mouse Interaction Mode

  1. Launch the simulator and go to the Main Menu.

  2. Navigate to Options > General.

  3. Select the Flight Interface tab.

  4. Look for Cockpit Interaction System.

  5. From the dropdown, choose Lock instead of Legacy.

  6. Click Apply & Save to confirm the change.

This setting affects how you interact with cockpit elements using your mouse—Lock mode is more intuitive for newer users, highlighting controls and locking the cursor to them for easier manipulation

Okay, I double checked that this is what I did but I'm not seeing any difference in the cockpit.

I would contact support on this one. Try checking your anti virus as well to make sure it isn’t blocking the plugin or something.
