November 28, 2025Nov 28 I think I solved the mystery of why you sometimes can't use the eternal power source with the Baron after you land. You have to be at a proper parking spot for it to work. I discovered that tonight when I landed at SPJC for the evening. I found a random spot on the tarmac and shut down my baron. I switched on the external power, but it kept switching back off. I then restarted the baron and taxied to a legit parking spot and shut down again. This time, the external power source remained on. November 28, 2025Nov 28 I was going to buy the Black Square Baron and Bonanza Professional duo this morning but the Just Flight 20%-off discount code didn't work, so I bought the steam gauge Bonanza instead. (I already have the steam gauge Baron and the Caravan.) I love all three of 'em. Also bought myself a new PC a fortnight ago. 🙂Â

Does that mean you were able to get the Bonanza and/or Baron Pro? Hoping so because, nice as the old steam gauge Bo was, the pro versions are so much better. I'd hate to hear of someone missing out on them. He gave me the option, and I am happy enough with the steam gauge planes. Come 2026, when there is no council tax for a couple or months... Basically, the customer care was great.Â
