Hi all!

Does anyone know why every time I try to board or deboard with GSX, the jetway keeps attaching and detaching by itself?

It's driving me crazy, I've been trying for months and I can't find a solution.

In P3D it was much easier and it never disconnected on its own.

I've tried with the ini A350, the Fenix A320… nothing works.

Possibly a conflict with the built-in integration of each of the add-ons?

What's your flow for boarding/deboarding? GSX isn't aware of the jetway state it can only trigger it, an issue with the MSFS sdk.

If you're manually operating the jetway through say and EFB or ATC menu, then GSX doesn't get notified about this and so if you select board/deboard GSX will also trigger the jetway, which to you appears as detaching.

You should only operate the jetway through the GSX menu.
