I cannot speak for them, but I have the Kodiak 100 I purchased thru Marketplace for MSFS 2020, it runs fine in MSFS 2024 as long as I stream it, but there is an issue with the local install which is supposed to be fixed in one of the next updates (MS issue), but there isn't an upgrade fee that I have seen on any of their FS 2020 aircraft over to FS 2024. December 26, 2025Dec 26 I had already the Kodiak, and I'm curious about the PC-12. How do you like this plane? Best regards,Luis Hernández Main rig: self built, AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D (with SMT off and CO -50 mV), 2x16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM, Nvidia RTX 5060Ti 16GB, 256 GB M.2 SSD (OS+apps) + 2x1 TB SATA III SSD (sims) + 1 TB 7200 rpm HDD (storage), ID-Cooling SE-224-XTS air cooler, Viewsonic VX2458-MHD 1920x1080@120-144 Hz (G-sync compatible), Windows 11. Running P3D v5.4 (with v4.5 scenery objects as an additional library, just in case), FSX-SE, MSFS2020, MSFS2024 and even FS9! Lossless Scaling for all my sims. What a godsend...Mobile rig: ASUS Zenbook UM425QA (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H APU @3.2 GHz and boost disabled, 1 TB M.2 SSD, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11 Pro). Running FS9 there .VKB Gladiator NXT Premium Left + GNX THQ as primary controllers. Xbox Series X|S wireless controller as standby/mobile.
December 28, 2025Dec 28 Absolutely gorgrous! The PC 12 has become one of my favourite planes. No MSFS 2024 upgrade fee. If you ask me, go and get it. Regards, Dominik
January 3Jan 3 Since I'm charged 21% VAT for using the Marketplace, I went directly with SWS. €10 instead of $10+VAT. Some cents less for me, but a bit more for the developer. I'm having a hard time taxiing the PC-12: am I supposed to use the yoke for steering (as in FS9/FSX when I had auto-coordination on)? And I can't seem to be able to map the condition lever to an axis in FSUIPC. After I manage to takeoff, the plane behaves beautifully, but that's using some made-up engine speed/power parameters (simply everything in green, climb at 150 kts, level off and don't let airspeed reach Vne). Also, when should I rotate? I managed to calculate Vref from 1.3 Vso, but I have no idea about Vr/V2. That's what is simulated here. I still couldn't be convinced about the reason of this "real autorudder" - just imagine you're landing in crosswinds, but that's how it works. For taxiing, you can use the rudders, plus differential braking, as needed. That seems to be the way the real pilots do it. But I agree, it feels strange at the beginning. Make sure you rotate before reaching 90 knots, because otherwise the flight dynamics switch to "flight mode". That's obviously a different FS internal mode of "creating" the behavior of the aircraft. Over 90 knots on the ground, the plane will do very undesired things! I highly recommend this tutorial video by a RL PC 12 pilot, who was involved in the development of the plane in MSFS. There's a lot to learn there and it's a great pleasure to hear all the details of the procedures by a real pro. Of course reading the manual doesn't hurt either. Cheers, Dominik Regards, Dominik
