December 26, 2025Dec 26 I have LatinVFR's airport scenery for Viru Viru (SLVR) and I am trying to get it to work in P3D v5.4. I deleted the default buildings from the scenery, but the scenery has a elevation problem and I am having trouble fixing it. I am using this guide I am up to the part where it says, "Since in v5 this is not revised, but default I go again into Tools, "Raw Data View" and change "Create Stub" to false and "Revised Altitude" to false. After closing, the tag "Revised Altitude" is gone." In ADE the Raw Data View is greyed out and I cannot click on it. What do I do?? Is there another way to fix the elevation of airports in P3D v5.4??

December 27, 2025Dec 27 With ADE now in V5 you can set the hight of the airport or object and even create slopes. EDDF has sloped runways it`s not easy as each node has to be given a hight. This is why I still use P3D as my sim of choice, you can do endless modifications. Raymond Fry.

If it's not revised, you did not change the altitude, then no stub will be created and therefore you don't need to change this in raw view. Is the P3D5 stock altitude different from the original ADE altitude? Is this scenery from FS2004? I found this one in the internet. Guess there's a lot to do, rather find one for FSX. Dan The LatinVFR scenery has a lower altitude than the default scenery. And the exe file that I have says it's a P3D v4 scenery. I was looking and I couldn't find it on Simmarket anymore, I guess they stopped selling it. Edit: I will try to adjust the altitude again when I have time tonight or tomorrow. Maybe I missed a step. December 27, 2025Dec 27 You need the ADE Prokey to enable advanced functions like changing the airport altitude or moving the entire airport. More info here: https://www.fsdeveloper.com/forum/threads/ade-now-free-for-personal-and-commercial-use.453946/ What kind of elevation problem are you seeing? Is the runway below or above the ground, for example? If you taxi the plane off the runway the plane would jump down to the latinVFR scenery, and if you go into slew mode and rise the aircraft your plane would be on the default airport apron. It is a pretty big difference.
