January 30Jan 30 The TCAS setting I don’t really get. At FL 350 I had some 55 A/C turned it down manually to 25 nm instead and now have what I believe is more real.

I follow real flights by looking at the RT app. From there I can see their assigned heading, speed and altitude. (See screenshot below) It's basically a voiceless type of ATC. Without this blocking function it would basically be impossible for me (and a fair few others that I know who do this) to continue using PSXT. It would be shame if I and many others not here on avsim were forced to stay with an old version of PSXTraffic or were forced to stop using it entirely. One way you could even improve the blocking version is by adding different ways to block aircraft based on, for example, aircraft registration and ICAO Hex code. Ik hoop dat ik je gedachte kan veranderen. 😉 Alvast bedankt en een goed weekend! Groeten, Bart I use PSXT/RT the same way as you do. 1. I would also wish for a more versatile block feature (maybe Regex-based) because often RT shows a "_" suffix that is removed just after takeoff, which is quite a painful moment to change the blocked aircraft. 2. Is there a way to remove the newly introduced timelag in RT? Because I really like the ability to look ahead. Daniel
January 30Jan 30 Looks like you can no longer manually block a callsign? I tried to just now do that, and didn't see the callsign in the list Marco D'Agostino

The TCAS coverage function injects all aircraft about FL180 (or your own setting), within your range. So you may see more on your TCAS. For instance an ORION P3 aircrfaft you probably do not have in you liveries, but because in TCAS coverage matching goes up to step8, always a match is made and something is flying in your area. Not of the right type but because you do not see it visually it does no harm. But you do see it in your TCAS and in LittleNavMap.

At least it is not in PSXT but in the RT app. The advantage of the time lag is that the traffic in the radar screen is sync with the traffic in the Sim (and on your TCAS). So it is an improvement for most of us. You can address this issue in the RT forum. Maybe an option in the RT app? Also know that in the next version of PSXT there will no longer be a buffering of 30 seconds before traffic starts. The traffic will start immediately, just like in the RT Direct mode. (I'm working on that implementation at the moment). Edited January 31Jan 31 by kiek

January 31Jan 31 Commercial Member There is quite a lot of negative feedback here, but I want to emphasize how grateful I am for this application, and many of your recent changes are very nice! Keep on! Daniel

Keep on! @hero93 Thank you. RE-download and install 14.0 I have just implemented the callsign with _ suffix into callsign without _ change in the block function. Also note that when an aircraft gets a different callsign it remains blocked because it blocks on callsign or regcode or hexid. The same if a new livery is matched and the hexid changes. A lot more versatile then it used to be! Edited January 31Jan 31 by kiek
February 4Feb 4 Good morning, I was wondering how to download PSXT Traffic because I used it to connect with Foreflight, I read that it was implemented in only one program, which is the key to enable to have PSXT Traffic? Tanks for replay Edited February 4Feb 4 by costanzo1967

Download PSXT from my web site, (take note of the Warning for PSXTraffic users in the Release Notes for version 14.0). Then select RT App in the drop down box top right of the PSXT UI. Thats'all.
February 14Feb 14 I have noticed with this update that many a/c stops freeze or how to say when they are about to take off. Similar issues on arrive. Ai simply don’t move. Longer times in sim then before compared to FR24. And ADS-B
February 14Feb 14 You need to specify airport 9950X3D, X870E ROG CROSSHAIR HERO, Corsair Dominator Titanium 64GB DDR5-6000 PC5-48000, ASUS RTX 5070Ti 16GB, 9100 PRO 4TB Samsung ,990 PRO 4TB Samsung, AX1600i 1600 Watt 80 Plus Titanium ATX, ASUS 360 ARGB EXTREME 360mm Liquid CPU Cooling Kit.
