Hello

I am using Spad next to control the Saitek switch panel. It works fine except with the landing gear on the A2A Comanche. When I use the landing gear lever nothing happens. Has someone found a way to fix this problem?

Just a thought - 

The landing gear switch on the A2A Comanche can be made to operate in 2 different ways.

Check the A2A Tablet to see which of the 2 methods is active and try the other method to see if it cures the problem.

One method treats the switch as a 2 way toggle ( my preference ), and the other has it as a 3 way switch. I think the 3 way method is the default.

Thank you for your input. I tried both methods but it makes no diffrence.  

I suggest going to the online snippets. This is what I used to build my Comanche and Aerostar profiles, as I have no clue how to program SPAD.

My gear switch works perfectly with the 'realistic'  setting, and this is an online snippet I downloaded from when the Comanche was released for MSFS 2020, and it works just fine with the native Comanche in MSFS 2024

In 2024 there are, guessing, hundreds of new commands and variables in the Sim.  Spad also has a ton of new ones for Sim Connect and others.  I've found that some that worked before don't work now.  Can't speak for the Comanche, but for the PA28 I couldn't find anything that worked for the fuel selector.  What I finally found that worked was using a B: event.  There are also many fuel related B: events so even then you need to find the correct one.

So long ago I do not remember the individual snippets I downloaded, so I have uploaded my entire switch panel. It is Id 16072 and named A2A Comanche Author romeo_tango. I hope this works for you. I'm not sure how much experience you have with SPAD, but you don't need to download the entire device; you can download and install only the landing gear section.
