My wife and I had the misfortune of flying for the first time, and after experiencing the vilest, foulest, most disgusting airline food I ever had the misfortune of ingesting, was the last time! A congealed dollop of half eaten dog food, swilled down with a foul tasting liquid, that was purporting to be white wine, served warm out of a plastic jug! I find it incredulous that so-called executives and ‘smart’ sales people think saving a couple of dollars per passenger is a cost effective way of maintaining a positive perception of their brand. Quite extraordinary. I wonder how many other customers have stopped flying AA for the same reasons as me.

Almost all of the exalted menu items on American Airlines will be for every class. With a tiny few perks added to first class.
