I was flying from the East to San Francisco in ms2024, trying a new plane, the Carenado King Air 200. I could see no landing strip on arrival, air traffic but no runways!  EFB says I'm there but nothing is seen down below. It felt like the Twilight Zone. 😕I had accidentally turned on Redwintg's 1935 KSFO where the airport is a short, narrow dirt strip with a few wooden shacks on the side. The Redwing throwback was covering up the Asobo version of KSFO.

 

 

 

Same yesterday ! I did a flight between LFRS and LFTH. On Navigraph I was on final approach but in the sim (MSFS 2024) no airport for LFTH…

end of flight, I am crashing into the trees…

LFTH is a military airport so blurry due to local regulation.

Because due to regulation, it's removed from MSFS as many military air base. Even if Toulon is mixed. Don't know on which platform you're but there're several payware/freeware substitutes.

I remember the first time that I selected Tutorial 1 for the PMDG 737 (probably in FSX). This was the short flight from EGKK London Gatwick (starting on the runway) across the North Sea to EHAM Amsterdam Schiphol. The flight proceeded smoothly.....right up to the point where I was on final approach to runway 18R at EHAM, and I noticed that the entire airport was missing! I had somehow deleted the default airport. I ended up landing my 737 in an empty field 

Finding unexpected changes to environment when landing. What if the crew on the Murtha that picked up the astronauts had all conspired and dressed up in Victorian clothing like in Abraham Lincoln's day. Sort of like in the movie Back to the Future.
