Monday at 10:09 AM3 days I'm having big issues with terraforming and the water near meigs. I'm guessing it has to be a conflict with Drzewiecki city scenery. Which creates a tough choice. Keep the better DD city scenery and exclude meigs, or downgrade the city scenery to the CU package but have meigs.
