Amazing. Very impressive!

Just watched your video of your flight. Thinking about plunging in... just a couple of things:

• The website mentiones "Payment plan". But it's not a subscription, right?

• As others have mentioned, aircraft specific messages from the crew would be nice. For instance in-flight entertainment systems should probably only be mentioned on specific airframes? :)

• Would be nice (for immersion) if airline alliance would be part of the crew/pilot announcements. In your case with Lufthansa, mentioning Star Alliance as well (as they typically do) would be a nice immersion addtition, IMO.

A part from the above - great work! Very impressive. Looking forward to following your development.

And yes, just to clarify: SimPassengers is not a subscription. The “payment plan” wording on the website may be a bit confusing, so we’ll take a look at that and make it clearer. So actually you pay it once, and own it forever.

Aircraft-specific announcements are a very good point. This is exactly the kind of detail we want to improve over time, because some messages only make sense for specific aircraft types or configurations. And I just doubled checked the development pipeline, it's already there but not much this kind of detailed.

Same for airline alliances. Adding things like Star Alliance, SkyTeam or oneworld references to airline-specific announcement profiles would definitely add a nice layer of immersion. And wowww! This is a very good idea. Let me see what we can do about this.

Just finished watching your video. Very nice work so far. Apart from some minor errors in the speed and altitude announcement (speed is announced as 20 kts and altitude is 35 ft) this is looking very nice.

One thing I really miss in flightsim is - and this is only a suggestion and probably beyond the scope of this app - a window, which would simulate the IFE flight status page (which passengers see). With altitude, speed, ETA etc. It also featured a map with the current plane location and a origin and destination mapped out. In the good ol' FSX days, there was an addon called feelThere Map! which did exactly this. Was a really nice addition and immersion (at least I thought so). Oh, boy I'm getting old... :)

Anyway, sorry for getting off topic! Great work and very nice work so far. Looking forward to future updates.

Thank you very much for the kind words.

You are right about the speed and altitude announcements. We noticed that as well, and it is on our list. Some values are being read too literally at the moment, so we need to make that part sound more natural.

And your IFE flight status page idea is not off topic at all. Actually, we had already experimented with something similar internally.

SimPassengers already has a lot of flight data behind the scenes, such as route, phase, altitude, speed, ETA, origin, destination and aircraft position. So a passenger-facing flight status window with a moving map would fit very naturally with what we are trying to build.

I also remember that kind of map feeling from older addons, and I agree, it adds a lot to the immersion. It is exactly the kind of feature that can make the aircraft feel more alive from the passenger side, not just from the cockpit.

I cannot promise a date for it yet, because we are still focusing on stability and the core flight experience first, but this is definitely something we want to explore for a future update.

Thanks again for the suggestion and for taking the time to watch the video. And this is not off-topic, this is really on-topic. But one final note, we're just limited with what the aircraft developers are giving us. So anyways... We'll look into this! <3

Why am I seeing this, despite running launcher and logging in (again) and also manually starting simpassengers-bridge ( just in case that was the problem) ?

EDIT:- A full un/install sorted it, but doesn't explain why it happened. However back working now.

Were you on v1.1.5? Because there was a nasty bug with v1.1.5 which was sorted out with v1.1.6, but if you were on v1.1.6 and had this issue, we need to dig deeper for the cause. And we were about to release v1.1.7 tomorrow night. If that's the case, i will cancel the new version release and dig deeper.

I´ve purchased SimPassengers as soon as it was released, I´m also on 1.1.6 and I´ve been having the same problem as @Sparkrite ever since the first version. Logging out and reinstalling works sometimes but not always. Restarting the PC seems to make it work some of the times too.

Another smaller issue I noticed is the reversed seat belt signs announcements, whenever I turn it off, the F/A will announce the captain has turned it on, and vice versa.

And I'd like to give a suggestion. On short domestic flights there's usually no time to finish cabin service, so maybe adapting a faster service on 30-60 minute flights would be nice. Maybe we could have a button or a setting to choose when to start the service or to define an altitude for it to start and stop. For instance, here in Brazil the service starts as soon as 10.000ft on these short flights otherwise there's no time to do it.

I´ve always wished for an FS Passengers type app for FS2024 and you guys have nailed it, congratulations. And thank you for listening to the community and making it better and better.

Totally agreed. Just like @Sparkrite informed us, we're looking at the authentication problem right now, that's why we decided to delay this week's update. And your suggestion is right now in our pipeline.

I will update you (in this forum) in couple of days and also with notifications and emails.

Thanks again for being an early adaptor. There are millions of different computer and software configurations in the world and we're doing our absolute best to find the best sweet spot. But we will do!

Purchased the app. Very nice and easy setup (I think). Setup a flight and it seems like the boarding (and unboarding?) is synced with GSX (if you use that?).

Anyway, one issue: I cannot hear any of the announcements - neither pilot or flight attendant. Also, "Call crew" does summon the crew, but I cannot hear any responses. I can test the voices in the SimPassengers app just fine - but in the sim, there's not audio of the announcements. Am I missing something or is there somewhere in the cockpit I need to switch/dial in order to hear them?
