14 hours ago14 hr Hello, this might be the wrong place, I know. But I can´t post at PMDG for some reason. The problem is the deactivation of the server for the PMDG OC 2. I still fly FSX and all of a sudden I am not able to install ptp files. Having different liveries for PMDG 737 is absolutley essential. PMDG made a notam in their forum about the deactivation. Okay, that's nice. Thank you for the anouncement. How can they assume, everybody is reading their forum every once in a while. The PMDG 737 for FSX is a legacy product, so why visiting their forum all the time. On the other hand, in the avsim library are so many liveries to find and as far I can see, they are almost all in a ptp file. That makes no sense for me. Am I forced to fly the PMDG only in their House colors? I can not understand why they have done this, without providing an alternative! I think there will be many many more people who are left in the lurch. What about all the files on avsim? They are useless. That's not kind and the way to go.Peter

13 hours ago13 hr This really sucks man, I really hate PMDG ☹️Is it still possible to install and update the FSX PMDG aircraft? I have my 737NGx already installed and updated, but I don't have my 777 installed. In 2024 I have the 772 ER and the 738. In P3D I had all Boeings but the 748-8 and 772 ER. I can't say I hate them, but I'm disappointed. With that behavior of theirs (and their value of two coffees), I'm not sure about getting the rest of the fleet for 2024.19 minutes ago, Zylx said:Is it still possible to install and update the FSX PMDG aircraft?Yes. I understand PMDG updated all legacy installers to the latest version, so that no updates are required anymore. If only they had downgraded OC2 so that it could install offline PTPs... 12 hours ago12 hr Because of the way that PMDG doesn't seem to care about people that use legacy simulators like FSX and P3D, I refuse to buy any of their MSFS 2020 & 2024 products. Someday in the future, the same thing will happen to the MSFS 2020 & 2024 PMDG aircraft as well.PMDG could care less about the many fans and users that have spent lots of money buying their FSX and P3D products. It's those people that made them what they are today, yet PMDG could care less.I will never buy a PMDG product again for any simulator.
