Where are the City and Avionics update?

Featured Replies

I'm using FS2024 for PC and also the Flow utility (Parallel 42) which takes me directly to the Freeflight page at startup.

I've noticed that laterly there was some MS/Asobo aircrafts and city updates announcements but I have not seen where in the interface?

Ive been in the Market Place / My library but I see nothing.

I have an issue: I don't see the city update 15 and I miss probably more.

Maybe I disabled an option somewhere in the past and I don't remember...

This may be the problem.

When I launched MSFS2024 just after the release of City Update 15, there was a notification and pop-up in MSFS with a direct link to enable the City Update, on the screen before the Free Flight page.

You may have missed that due to circumventing that page and launching straight to Free Flight.

Many thanks. Yeah that is what I suspected too. I remember seeing a fraction of a sec. something about the City Update. Maybe I will disable the Flow's "skip the home screen". Furthermore I've realized that many world or city update are in Market Place > Freeware but I don't see the City 15.

When you 1st load to the main menu, you will get the prompt to get the latest update. You must enable load to main menu.

Once you get it in the marketplace, it will appear in you list of scenery add-on as city update 15.

You didn't read the thread before posting, if you're using Flow to automatically get you to the Free Flight screen then you don't get that prompt which alerts you to the City Update.

Hurray, a search did the trick!

Many thanks Dave!

I did read this thread and every other city update thread. 😁

That Flow feature has to be enabled by user. It's disabled by default. I just wanted to take it a step further.
