July 24Jul 24 Has anyone had issues with MSFS2024 crashing the moment before your plane touches down? I've had this happen a bunch of times and mostly with the Black Square Bonanza. Thanks!Mike Caparula
July 24Jul 24 This used to be an issue from time to time in 20, though not for a long time. There are so many potential causes of CTD on landing, it's pretty hard to nail down. Does it happen mostly at busy airports with a lot of traffic and scenery detail?

It happens with GA flying at smaller airports. Most recently at KHGR, a small regional airport, which also means using stock sceneries as well.

You probably need to catch it in the Event Viewer next time it happens, just to even have an idea of where to start looking

Then try to reproduce.Sometimes people disable Community folder add-ons but forget to disable Marketplace add-ons. Rhett 7800X3D ♣ 96 GB G.Skill Flare ♣ Gigabyte 4090 ♣ Crucial P5 Plus 2TB
July 24Jul 24 Fwiw, I had almost this same problem last year when flying the Fenix. Every single time I would land, CTD. I spent lots of time with Fenix trying to figure out the problem, but to no avail. Every other plane I tested worked fine. Then, I finally figured out that I had updated my video card drivers before the CTD's with the Fenix started. By this time, there was even a newer stable driver available, so I updated to that one, and voila...no more CTD's with the Fenix (or anything else). I don't know why that particular driver version did not like the Fenix, but for whatever reason that was the problem. I had spent weeks trying everything else to check off potential causes. Nothing else worked. Only the driver update fixed it.Your issue may be similar or may not be, but just wanted to post this information so maybe it could help.
