  1. So, 595.71 came out today, and doing my first flight in the Blacksquare Bonanza in MSFS 2024, when I open a pop-up window like the EFB or ATC, the framerates tank. Doesn't matter if the pop-up is docked or undocked. Anyone else have this problem? I may rollback and see if the problem persists.
  2. This wins the internet today...
  3. I understand what you're saying here, but as someone who, admittedly, has done this very thing, I think we're very frustrated, and since everything worked correctly pre-install, and everything worked correctly post uninstall, then it's the software, right? We don't just settle down, take a stress pill (quoting my favorite movie), and try to troubleshoot the issue ourselves.
  4. IMO, with what the Sim already does and with Little Nav Map (which is free), 10 Euros isn't worth it for FStarter 24.
  5. I find that if I create the flight plan in Little Nav Map and export it to Simbrief it works better with BATC.
  6. Also, x6 will only be available for 5xxx cards.
  7. Thanks. I kept looking at Parked Aircraft VARIETY where OFF is not an option.
  8. This screenshot is from LNM using MSFS2024 scenery. This is from a default airport, but I also get this on add-ons as well. Any suggestions?
  9. So I'm flying commercially for the first time in MSFS2024 and it doesn't matter if I'm at a default airport or an add-on, I get all of this manufacturer-livery static aircraft (see pics). What's weird is that all the static aircraft are all the same models. In the case of this picture, it's A320s, but they could be 777s or A350s or even Cessnas! Any suggestions? I have AI Traffic off, and all advanced settings set on "low". I run AI Traffic through BATC which works fine and "double-stacks" their AI planes on top of these static ones.
  10. I just flew the default TBM into Tacoma Narrows and everything worked perfectly.
  11. I'll have to try it. That said, I'm enjoying the default Longitude more and more.
  12. A while ago, when updating LNM, all of my settings went back to default. Most of the them I've got back to where I want it, but I cannot find the option where I can highlight a waypoint/airport in my flight plan, and SINGLE click for it to snap to on the map. I have to double-click which also opens the information window, which I don't care for. Thanks! Mike Caparula
  13. I'm pretty sure the 737-800 will support this when it comes out.
  14. That did it! Thank you so much.
  15. Hopefully someone can help me out. I can no longer launch MSFS2020. I get the "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I have the MS Store version. I have rebooted, reinstalled twice to two different drives, ran from Addon Linker (it doesn't do anything), MS Store, and XBox App, all to no avail. Before someone says "Change your permissions" or "run as administrator", the executable is located in the WindowsApps folder which I can't access. BTW, my Steam version of MSFS2024 works fine. Thank you.
  16. I don't think it is relevant at all because the article you linked said that it "is generally ideal for older applications that don't support NVIDIA's DLSS...." That said, I guess you could use TAA and see how it works.
  17. I'm surprised no one has talked about this yet. If you haven't seen it, you should, since you obviously have an interest in aviation. Overall, I enjoyed it, though a bit cringe-worthy and gimmicky at times. It also further proves that anyone can be a pilot if money is not a barrier.
  18. Okay. Got it. Will do that. Thank's much and thank you for a great program.
  19. I'm still flying both 2020 and 2024 and I'm wondering if I download scenery files for 2024, does it make it obsolete for 2020? Can you install two different versions of LittleNavMap? Thanks.
  20. I figured it out! The default Honeycomb Bravo settings has mixture and auto-throttle (which the TBM doesn't even support) settings mapped to axes and buttons. This created a conflict when starting the engine. I've seen others having problems with the plane stalling. If you have the HB, I'd suggest going through the assigned controls and deleting all those that deal with fuel and throttle (except, of course, what you want to keep). I would suggest starting from scratch, but re-setting all of the MCP buttons and switches can be a pain.
  21. I cannot, for the life of me, successfully start the engine in the default TBM in MSFS2024. It struggles to get to 30%NG then it really struggles to get to 50%. Once it hits 50%, it stalls. Then, the battery drains. I have followed all the checklists. I even spawned it once on the runway, and when I started the flight it was stable for about 10 seconds, then the engine stalled. Don't tell me to just get the Black Square. That's not an answer. I like the G3000 and love the plane in MSFS2020. I've read the plane is not that great to begin with, but it seems like people can actually fly it! Just want to decide myself. Any help would be great.
  22. I have a 4070 as well and it's silky smooth in MSFS2020 (don't have 2024 as of yet). My question is, does MSFS2024 solve the blurry gauge issue? Because I still have that in MSFS2020.
  23. I won't be impressed until they can get crisp-looking gauges with DLSS.
  24. You can also use a tablet or smartphone. I find it works quite well on my iPad. This could be appropriate for those with only one monitor.
