Are there any programs/strategies to avoid AI Aircraft taxying through you, or general ground avoidance with them ?

Do you mean default AI Traffic or anything else injected by addons?

I can use either WT3 or Real Traffic.

Default AI traffic should not ignore your presence.

Nah, I given up and just taxi though them anyway
