What does that mean and where is the setting to change?

the steam overlay? that can be enabled in steam > settings > in game > 'enable the steam overlay while in game'.... toggle it ON.

Yes this setting is ON. (was never OFF)

Trying to purchase the Canado CT206 but it keeps saying ""Error - Enable the Stream overlay while in game option"

Trying to reach out to Canado but they only help out if you already have purchased an aircraft.
