i am running A320 v3, GSX, BATC. all in sim traffic related stuff in settings are turned off. i am using fsltl models in batc. had no problems in 11 flights in A320 v3.

i was wondering whether i was imagining it! yes i have noticed it on every flight in europe i have done in su7.

well until a year ago i only flew boeings. had nothing against airbus. i got the 319/20/21 at that time. and i fly the a320/21 a lot. i flew the llatest ifly max8, and the 24 version of the pmsg 737 recently. i went back to airbus after a few days, the fenix is just ummmm, polished, beautifully modelled cockpit, cpdlc/atis works with batc, si, vatsim,lvao. cockpit just looks very professional. efb is quality, flies beautifully. not much more i can say. worth every penny for me.

in custom, select live weather, set the day forward by 1 day, set the time you want. pretty sure that gives you live weather if my memory serves me correctly.

yep used reshade fprever, never had reshade drop my frames. its down to people using presets that turn on a load of FX in it. installing things and not understanding or caring to read anything is usually the case, then first thing to do is go and complain to whoever will listen.

i have just run this on a 2 hr flight. usually use TAA, switched to using DLAA and 2xfg. checked that my altitude numbers on climb out and descent, absolutely crystal clear, zero blur, worked an absolute charm. might switch to using DLAA permanently.

the steam overlay? that can be enabled in steam > settings > in game > 'enable the steam overlay while in game'.... toggle it ON.

i am happy to say i stopped buying new aircraft a while ago. and i havent bought a single one since the ini a350 when it came out. unfortunately i now own 94 european payware airports :-|

personally i feel navigraph is worth it. very handy to be able to pull up everything on my ipad. i am not keen on subscriptions, in fact the only subscription i have IS navigraph. not a must have , its a QoL app for sure. if someone is happy with free LIDO charts, then thats good. if we all liked the same thing then there would only be a need for one plane in the sim.

they do not give you the option to disable rolling cache, however..... if your rolling cache is lets say 'C:\Rolling_Cache\,, make sure you are not in sim, find your rolling cache folder in windows explorer, then either delete it or rename it. DO NOT change anything in sim relating to your rolling cache setting. once you delete or rename it, start the sim and you will see you rolling cache is now '0'. if you want it back, just make the folder in explorer again, EXACTLY as it is named in the sim settings. i would recommend you just rename the \Rolling_Cache folder in windows explorer by adding '---' to the end of it. whenever you want to enable it again all you have to do is delete the '---' from the end of the name and you are good to go again, sim will rebuild the rolling cache.

after pressing APP + CMD A + CMDB, doesn't the ILS single ch switch to dual ch after it catches the gs and at 1100-1500 feet above ground? been a while since i flew it.

this is indeed a great bit of software, matt is a very helpful guy too. i have got this for 4 or 5 aircraft by now.

i have defintely seen this at several airports in the 738. it overshoots one way, then some crazy overshoot in the opposite direction to try to get back on track, lateral oscillation, like being in a car on ice. never had it not capture localiser though.

some people, like some companies, just strive for mediocrity. i was done buying mediocrity after i realised i overpaid for the inibuilds a350 by about £65. youtubers are nothing more than grifters pushing for a pay day. to all the simmers that are excited by this release, great, fill your boots. keep rewarding.

Just wanted to say yes… dynamic_lod_resetedition, but reset beat me to it. Probably the best software i have, and i waste a lot of money on flight simming! I still cant believe its free. And a shout out to @Reset XPDR whilst im at it. You are a star mate!

seems to be a lot of complaining about buying a beta product of batc, who openly say it is still in early access. if you don't want to beta test a product, there is any easy fix... dont buy it. nobody is asking you too. a lot of you installed msfs 2024 over a year ago. you were beta testing for microsofts shockingly bad early days of msfs24. i don't recall microsofts marketing ever saying 'MSFS 2024 buy the early release now for full price and spend a year testing it for us'
