  1. All running nice and smooth here, except changing profiles, which is taking as much as 15 seconds, each. Before this update the change was immediate.
  2. Heading bug does not work on this. If you manage to set the heading to any direction, it reverts back to zero degrees after about 5 seconds. By the way, the same thing happens in the Carenado V35 Bonanza. It's probably something that is not working properly with msfs 2024.
  3. You can also try this. During some flights, not in vr, after a few minutes, the mouse would stop reacting. No matter what, It just wouldn't work. After looking at this video, and making the adjustments as per the video, I have not had that trouble again. Video:
  4. Myself, and 2 of my sons have used Cdkeys for many years, and have never ever gotten a bad key on anything that we have bought from them. For those of you that have doubt, you can buy from Microsoft, or Steam. It's your call. By the way, the keys for the US discount is for Microsoft Store version. When I bought the original MSFS 2020 from them, I thought it was for Steam. When I received the key for MSFS 2020 I went directly to Steam. The key did not work. I e-mailed them that the key did not work on Steam. They immediately e-mailed me back, telling me that the key was not for Steam, but for Microsoft Store. I went to the Microsoft store, used the key there, and it worked. Until that happened, all of the keys that I had bought from them previously, was always for Steam. Now, if I had thought about it at the time, I would have figured that the key was not for Steam, because when I bought the key from them, Microsoft still had not negotiated an deal at that time with Steam to sell MSFS 2020. As mentioned in my original post, I am buying the Aviator edition at $160.89 US. That is a little more than $1.28 US, per plane. Although, I own some of them.
  5. Cdkeys are now accepting registration for orders at nice discounts for MSFS 2024. I will pick up the Aviator for this short of $161.00 US. I got MSFS 2020 from them when it came out. Also at a good discount at the time.

  7. Hi,I have FSX installed on an Maxtor 7200rpm USB 2.0 200 gig hard drive. As far as I can tell, it is running just as smooth as when i had it installed on my desktop IDE 7200 hard drive. Your milage may vary. But, on my system, its ok.rrroberttt
  8. Thanks for an very useful and time saving utility.Thank you

To answer Alex Epstein: No VC. Just a basic 2d panel to get you started. Also, Mike apparently used the 737 aircraft files as the base model. In doing this, he didn't change the description in the aircraft.cfg file. So, the description and performance data will refer to the 737. However, you can get the description and performance data from Airliners.net, and insert it into the aircraft.cfg file. As for the panel and sound file, I used the sound and panel by Mario Coelho. Available from Flightsim.com (Inter_g5.zip). It includes all sides and cabin views. It also could be available here at Avsim.
  11. This is to let members of this forum know that Mike Stone has on his site for downloading a New G-Max Gulfstream V. It looks and flys beautifully. Thank you, MikeRobert
  12. The new version for fs2k4 has this line missing {weight_and_balance} from the aircraft.cfg file. See below:{weight_and_balance} <- THIS LINE IS MISSING use brackets, not { }// ACM V1.0 pl4 i1max_gross_weight=2200empty_weight=1500reference_datum_position=1.8, 0, 0empty_weight_CG_position=-1.5, 0, 0empty_weight_roll_MOI=1800.000000empty_weight_pitch_MOI=3500.000000empty_weight_yaw_MOI=1400.000000empty_weight_coupled_MOI=0.000000max_number_of_stations=1station_load.0=170, -1.71,0,0station_load.1=0, 0.0, 0.0, 0station_load.2=0, 0.0, 0, 0Because the line is missing, FS2K4 will write another {weight_and_balance} below it. Insert the line above that is missing in brackets, not { }, remove the new section that FS2K4 inserted, and it should work. It did for me. I hope that this helpsrrroberttt
  13. I was having the same problem. After some experimentation, I discovered that there is something wrong with the panel that is included with the plane. My solution was to aliase another panel to the plane. That solved the problem for me, until there is a fix. By the way I'm using Windows XP Professional with the plane installed into FS9. It could also be that because the plane is an FS2002 Model, some FS2002 panels do not work with FS9. I hope this helps.Robert
