I've flown with Ryanair on a few occasions and don't have any complaints, they do what they say and get you from A to B.The staff are as curteous as staff anywhere. Follow the rules and you will have no problems I certainly haven't. Most of the negative posters here don't appear to have ever flown with Ryanair. How can they have the nerve to comment? Try it, then let people know about your experience, people will give more creedence to what you say, and you might even sound as if you know what you are talking about. John Hansen

I'm sorry, but 'maybe', particularly in relation to Aerosoft doesn't wash with me. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fairly good customer of theirs, but waiting THREE years for a CRJ or TWO years for Salzburg is a little frustrating, even with the Airbus X the original timescale was a lot different from the actual timescale. I do know about development problems and unexpected delays but the wait for the CRJ is ridiculous, and Salzburg is nearly as bad with wafer thin excuses. Personally I don't expect to see either of these this year and I am not going to hold my breath for the A319 and A330. I do like most of the Aerosoft. software I have, but I am also a realist. cheers, John Hansen

To those of you complaining about the Blackbox A320 being a 'Beta', didn't you read up on it before you paid? Or haven't you even bought it yet? I purchased the 'Beta' fairly early on, I knew EXACTLY what I was buying and I am perfectly happy with what I received, and with the updates. I'm sure that I will eventually have an excellent product, but right now I have a reasonable A319, which is only getting better plus an A320. I also have the Aerosoft A320, which is ok, but that and the A321 is all it is, with Blackbox I get an A319 and an A320, with the option of an A321 later. Aerosoft seem reluctant to commit to an A319. John Hansen

ckyliu, thank you for a very quick reply, it does seem rather easy. As for not contacting PMDG with a support tcket, it was one of those things that you see, say to yourself that you must sort it out and don't get round too, then the next time you use the J41 you realise that you still haven't sorted that problem, and promptly do it again, plus, reading my post again I realise that it seems to read that the sole reason I hadn't flown the J41 was the flashing textures, when in fact there where things like the release of the 737NGX (and others), sorry about that. :unsure: thanks again for your help. Al, your post makes interesting reading, and I looked to download the checklist, but couldn't find it. I am also interested in the fix for the flashing textures, as, due to these I haven't flown my Jetstream for over a year now. Trip7cap, what is Robert supposed to do? On the one hand he has you (and others) whining because there are no updates, on the other you have the likes of NyxxUK, Jari junior and others whining because there are updates. Robert said about two weeks, now maybe it's me being stupid but the 30th of September to the 12th of October is and never has been two weeks. I also gathered from Robert's post that they were having a few issues,and being a sane, sensible sort of person I would not be surprised if this date was missed, if so I'm sure that there will be an update (unless Robert doesn't want to upset NyxxUK again) So why not just read the update properly and have a little patience? The team are probably up to their eyes in it at the moment, trying to improve the product for all of us. I'm happy playing with my 738 until everything is sorted. BTW what's ENB? It's been referred to several times in previous posts, but I can't recall ever hearing of it before. Cheers,John B Hansen

There is not a lot one can add to all that has been said, but I have been looking for a way to say thanks to ALL at PMDG for a magnificent piece of work, without hi-jacking someone else's thread. I have watched and waited for some time now, waiting for the NGX, without saying much, and the wait was well worth it, so thank you for your skill and expertise and also your patience with many on this forum.What a really good job!! Hi All,my first posting here, although I normally visit two or three times a week.Surely the best way would be for a 'locked' topic from PMDG, concerning any updates, progress or screenshots and a separate topic where people can complain or ask for wingflex (oops sorry, wrong forum) or a certain bolt to be visible, or whatever. If relevant an answer could be posted in the 'official' topic.To be perfectly honest, while some of the topics are quite interesting,most of the others are boring,repetitive dross and even only looking two or three times a week you tend to lose interest and sometimes it's as if there are a pack of baying hounds on the loose.I to, look forward to the 737, I owned the FS9 version and I am becoming more excited as the day for release gets closer. Everytime I start a flight, with any of the PMDG New Generation Boeings, I develop a problem just after V1, I get an engine failure, its always the right hand engine.All very nice if I want to hone my emergency procedures, but not so nice if I have just spent 20 minutes setting up the FMC, I've tried cancelling in the overhead menu, but even though I have'nt set an emergency,this one pops up.Has anyone any ideas, before I throw my monitor out of the window?John Hansen

I recently purchased the PSS A340 and three Liveries (special sale price) I received two of the liveries and the a340, no problem. Unfortunatley there were no instructions for the third download, the Air Jamaica livery. My reciept shows that I have been charged for the aircraft and three liveries.The order ref number is 22-3-31391.Everything else is fine, hope you can help,John Hansen
