Hello, I have noticed some discrepancies between the magnetic variation indicated on the sectional charts and the FAA A/ FD pages: Let's take KBPI as an example: sectional: mag VAR 11.25 E (current) FAA FA/D: mag VAR 16 E (valid august october 2017) it makes a 4.75 ° difference which is huge which one is correct ? Why is there a difference between two valid documents? THX

Not FAA compliant though..... Steady, Coloured Lights The Left wing tip has a steady red light, and the right wing tip has a steady green light. The tail has a steady white light mounted as far aft as possible. These navigation or position lights are steady (non flashing) lights, and they must be visible from 2 miles. Anyway, I guess that it how the DC6 was designed Good job for your DC6! Best regards

Hello, Thank you for your nice comment. In fact, it is mount Jefferson. It looked spectacular indeed especially since it appeared all of a sudden when the clouds broke out. I was in awe and started taking snapshots frantically. Bad idea beacause, I did not see the next ridge and crashed into it !! Needless to say I was disgussed. It reminds me of a mishap that I had when driving in a street. I saw a beautiful girl walking on the pavement and I looked at her. Bang! I hit the car in front of me. which had stopped to let pedestrians cross the street. Then two hot chicks in miniskirts , one brunette and one blonde, got out of their car. I could not believe it, pretty girls everywhere! Fortunately there was no damage at all to their car and to mine as well. As I stood sheepishly by my car, one of the girl whispered something in the ear of the other and they both had a good laugh. I suspected a dirty joke. They drove away waving at me with a large grin. I didn't tell my wife about it! Boys will be boys!

Hi, I've been in flight simulation since 1999. Every time a new flight sim version is released, there is always someone who claims that the latest version sucks.. P3d is the best sim so far. Works perfectly on my 10 year old PC with the default settings except HDR which I turned off

Hello, Yes I did that and it worked. Thank you. The problem lies with the software key check by the F1 website each time UT is launched. AVG and other antivirus programs detect this check as a trojan intrusion. That is my understanding of this issue. before doing this work around I disabled AVG and UT worked (with the dll restored beforehand). The xclusion did the trick. Cheers

Hello, My Avg antivirus dectected one of the utltimate traffic2 for FSX (utii.dll) as a trojan. It was stored in quanrantine. I restored it but now UT2 no longer works and I get a message telling me that my license is invalid so the program is shut down. I cannot enter my license. I am sure it is a false detection and now my program is broken.
