When i saw this. I leterially jumped out of my seat for joy. But upon going into the sim to see, they still say will be unlocked at a later date. Huh???? Unlocked “Cargo Transport - Heavy” and “Cargo Transport - Super Heavy” career specializations

They need to either ditch this ANNOYING "Resource usage exceeds GPU memory capacity, lower graphics settings for better performance" Or an option to disable this message popup. word not allowed annoying.

Well it is a good installer. With one MAJOR flaw. It installs the A320 in your C drive, with no option to install it on any other drive. Where as before you could select any drive/folder that you choose.

Ok update. Soughted it by downloading and running the Flight1 Registry fix tool. http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=library All is well now thxs Regards Mike

Have a VERY interesting problem. Had FSX Steam installed last night. Removed it placed Normal FSX removed that and reinstalled FSX Steam. I know sounds batty! But i wanted to test some items with the non steam version etc. Anyways Just finished installing FSX Steam and now i cannot install PrecipitFX. Prior to me going on a tangent unstalling and reinstalling stuff PrecipitFX was installed and working fine. Now it says i don't have FSX installed.. Weird.. Advice please./

Well i got mine to install correctly to the area that FSX Steam version is. ie: it picked up the proper installation path But alas gauges are black. So far i have installed REX/Aerosoft Airbus and OpusFSX without issues.

Well thxs for the reply... I guess. Could have just said "Yep its down i just checked myself" And as i have not played FSX for a couple of years the site could have been shut down.

Hi guys Just reinstalled FSX after a Puter upgrade. And went to use his site to tweak my config. But the site can't be reached. Is the site still avaliable? Or is it just generally down for a bit? Regards Mike

Hi guys... In regards to Alt Tabbing.. I have ALWAYS had this problem but i found a way to get back in.. By accident :)When you alt-tab and FSX is in the taskbar. Just click it and click and hold again and it restores you back. The 2nd Click and hold is the key.. Works every time for me :)Hope that helps you guysMike

Is it the IAE version you're flying? And i think it is.. Bad news that version isn't FULLY functional. You have to stick with the CMF version. Also the Throttles on the IAE version don't work correctly either.If it is the CMF version you're flying you'll have to wait till everything is powered up and you're ready to go.RegardsMike

Just a quickie.I used to use FSPassengers. And i have gotten back into FS9, and i started using TOPCAT. Good proggy that. But i miss the whole leveling up youre pilot thing.Can you use TOPCAT and FSPassengers together? ie: Load TOPCAT info then transfer to FSPassengers etc?RegardsMIke

Before i uninstall FS9 and move on my merry way :)Last night i installed FS9 again. Soughta felt barren without it on. Ok the factsWin7 64FS9 SP1FSGenesis EuropeUltimate Terrain Europe 1.20 patchedGE Pro 2.13 patchedREX SP4IFly V2UK2000 GlasgowUK2000 Heathrow V2Ok Did a flight from EGPF to EGLL no problems. Was kinda nice sitting in the pit after about 1 1/2 away from siming :)Then i thought id place Airsimmer A320 on because i do enjoy it.My initial install went fine and it was patched fully. Into cockpit engaged APU and then went to press Shift+0 to bring up the LIVE Tablet. BOOM got a Protection Error 196So FS9 ended and i proceeded to find the problem. All looked as it should be.So i went to start FS9 from my shortcut and BOOM Protection error 196Basically couldnt start FS9 at all. I couldnt start FS9 from the shortcut on the LIVE Tablet either.So i uninstalled the A320 and deleted all files pertaining to it and FS9 worked... Weird!Reinstalled A320 Not patched. Cant launch FS9Uninstalled A320 Fs9 LaunchedInstalled A320 Fully Patched Cant launch FS9Included 2 images of the problemAs you can see in pic 1 it IS licensed. Everything in orderAnd the error note where I'm using the LIVE Tablet Shortcut with my mouseThxs for looking and helping... I hate it when issues go unsolved. EXTREMELY annoying LOL. No problem mate :) I guess at the end of the day the powers that be make what ever choices they feel they need to make. All of the ET members could cry at the blue moon till we were blue in the face about something that should be added or fixed but that all we can do is suggest we dont have the power to say "That goes in that gets fixed etc etc" Were just there to, as a larger audience pick up on stuff that the internel team has missed.RegardsMike

To think that there should be is a unrealistic view.If everyone went around with this type of attitude then there WOULDNT be an developers because they would be sunk before they started.What it boild down to is this.
