    Try deleting your fsx.cfg and letting fsx build a new one. It worked for me. No more freezes.
  6. My cure for this was to delete the fsx.cfg and let FSX build a fresh one. I have not had any freezes since. Worth a try if you haven't yet. Nothing to lose! Hope this works for you all.
  7. What I do is the same as you, ie.download Vroute's information into FSX, then start FSX and save your flight as a flightplan by typing say, New York to London, etc.Then close FSX and start ASE. This way, when you go into Briefing, ASE will see the flightplan that you saved in FSX.I hope this makes sense.SteveYeo
