I have Flight on my desktop and laptop as well, but what I achieve on one shows on the other. Just make sure that you're logged in to your Live account on both. The only issue I have is that on the laptop logging in takes about a second, and on the desktop logging in takes about 30 seconds. Not sure what's up with that.Anyway, I'd double check that your properly logged in and actually click on the "Live" button within the game (should show your gamer score and profile pic if you have one, among other things) on both to make sure that it's recognizing your live account. Hope you get it figured out!

I had a similar experience with the 1st short $100 Burger mission out of PHNL. The weather was on isolated thunderstorms, and I chose to fly in the Stearman. At takeoff, winds were pretty light, about 14 kts. The 12 mile flight went right over the mountains, and the winds gradually picked up as I got closer until the gusts were over 90 kts! The plane was almost uncontrollable at times, and needless to say, my passenger was unable to hold her breakfast down. Once the mountains were cleared, the winds died down again. It was a very fun and immersive experience.

Downloading now. If anyone else has the same problem, I downloaded the Maule preview which installed the "Games for Windows Marketplace" program, and then I could download the game.

Well bummer, when I click on the "Buy Game" link it says "Sorry this offer is not valid in your region." Guess I'll have to wait a bit, but I'll keep trying ;)

My thoughts exactly. Although I haven't tried it yet, I suspect I'll enjoy it (being as I enjoy virtually every flying game I've ever played), and as long as my suspicions are correct, I plan on at least buying the rest of the islands. From then, it's a wait-and-see as to what sort of DLC they come out with. Looking forward to the 29th!

Brian, this is pretty much the same conclusion I came to as i thought about it a bit more. Their "target audience" doesn't seem to be the same.

Quick thought on this, and let's please not start with all the in depth legal talk :) (although I am sort of the one bringing it up), but could this be an issue with LM and the license that they bought from MS? In fact, is it possible that a "whole world" Flight would compete with LM, and therefore be "illegal?"note: I am in no way trying to convey this as fact. :)

The 3rd party community could really put their spin on the sim world very rapidly! So I guess..... hey Everyone! BIG time forum lurker, and 27 year flight sim enthusiast. Guess you could say I'm part of the silent majority Anyway, I'm very excited about both Flight & XP10, and I plan on getting both. While Flight speculation is apparently running amok, I think this is a very exciting time for our hobby, and can't wait until we have 2 new flight sims to play with! "By Christmas" can't come soon enough!
