Hi all, I'm a newbie on FS Scenery Development, I am wondering how custom taiway and runway textures of paid add-ons such as Aerosoft, FSDT won't be replaced by REX textures or other texture enhancement? If I would like to customize runway texture for specific airport, can somebody tell me how to do it? or any tutorital or keywords I should search for ? (PS: I would like to customize RCTP runway, because it is really dirty in real world !! )

I don't think you need to submit support ticket coz the FBW simulates correctly! Please be aware that 777s system is different to Classic Boeing and Airbus..... Trim for speed means the trim works while speed changed! When you change the conf, gears...target speed you need to trim it! When you on vref with correct conf, you don't need to touch the trim! So what happened if I soft disengage auto throttle during approach? the auto trim still working for speed?

Can you perform a Go Around and a touch & go with Auto Throttle with those settings???

Hi guys, I got two problems for the beautiful bird. The one is just occurred yesterday, I made a flight from JFK to Osaka, it's a very long haul flight for MD-11, the take off weight is nearly MTOW. During take off, I got Engine Fail during V1........and then I crashed the plan..... How could it happen? I don't think I set anything about failure. By the way, the take off thrust is nearly full thrust (around 110%). The second problem is about nav data, it happened not only on the latest Airac (1206) I found the direction of the runway on the ND is incorrect, the direction is slightly different, how can I resolve the issue? Well...I did try......but seems it's not yoke's problem..... I follow the 737 flow to do the cockpit preparation and perform engine start procedure, not sure whether I did anything wrong~ N1 just goes up to 20.9% or 21% then stop.....but I realize N1 should go a bit higher than the amount........

I typed Control E to solve the problem......it's pretty weird.....does it has any compatibility issue with VAFS?

Hi PMDG, I had a problem after engine start, everything looks okay after engine start N1 goes up to 20.9% and N2 is 61.2% When I pull throttle (Saitek throttle), I saw the throttle under VC view also moves consistently, I thought everything is good. However, the N1 didn't go up. It's pretty weird......my physical throttle moves, virtual throttle under VC mode also moves.....but the engine just doesn't do anything........it stops at 20.9, I tried to push to the end.....nothing happened.. ..when I tried to pull to reverse.....nothing happened either.... Do you have any ideas how to solve problems? I used the "Short" panel profile Regards,Frank
