I'm also hoping that extra dot is CYTZ, but I suspect it would be CYYZ with aerosoft. Seems it would be the more logical choice for a revenue generating addon. But then again, who knows. It's all speculation. I'm well aware of SimAddons version of it. A while ago I gave in and bought the SimAddons Halifax, but I've never been back because I can't get it to perform well; 10-15fps. If they're the only one's with CYTZ when the Majestic Dash-8 is released, I will probably by it. That can't be a glitch. That's a really precise line of bad code if it is.

hmm, thanks Andy I may even try and merge it with the entire center panel of the c90 including the com/nav gauges. That may take a while, but it might look cool.

I have a question regarding the b200 and reality xp 430 compatibility. Even though the default aircraft comes with dual 530's, I'd like to be able to use the gns430 from reality xp because it is the only one I own. At $50/unit, I'd rather stick to using the 430 instead. I wasn't going to buy it at all because of that, but the b200 is my favorite aircraft and the aeroworx is showing its age. Is this an easy mod, or is it too complicated - or even impossible?

I've been a long-time FSX user but have recently got back into fs9. I never uninstalled it and noticed the .exe sitting lonely on my desktop a little while back and thought I'd give it a run and dust off some of the old aircraft. While the visuals are dated, I really appreciate the smoothness in my level-d 767 and dreamfleet 727, which were my first and second addons I ever purchased (enjoying the nostalgia). I know a lot of you are fs9 users for life, and so I need you help. I'm looking for some real gems to make my fs9 realism and flights come to life. I haven't really used it in over 4 years so I'd like to hear about all the little known freeware/payware addons, mods, enhancements the community has put forth for fs9 recently. My best discovery so far has been the HDE cloud set here on avsim. Anyway, it's nice to be back. Thanks. *I realize the title is a little redundant. Just a little excited.

Saw this today, had no idea it was in development! Bearskin Airlines flies the metro III into my home airport and I've wanted one in FSX for years. Hello Dan (altogether) Haha, clever story. I have a confession, too. I've been a convert to FSX for a while now, but the low performance in aircraft like the NGX at minimums at payware airports is enough squeeze much of the fun out of simming. Lately I've been doing more and more flying in FS9 in the level-d. I initially told myself "I'll just see what it's like" because I know the eye candy in FSX is so much better. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but I LOVE it. FS9 is where I started and it brought back great (bug free) memories. I downloaded the AMAZING CYVR freeware and the CYYZ package from avsim and am doing flights to Europe and Kai Tac with full weather and traffic! Best of all its completely smooth and problem free. I spent a lot of time setting up and tweaking FSX and buying addons for it so it is still my number one, and I'm not saying that just because I'm praising FS9 here on the FSX forum (FSX is the champ), but if I want a complete airline experience without any sacrifice, thats what I do. That's my dirty secret.

What's the best way to go about doing a walk around of the aircraft? I put it in spot or locked spot, then spin around, but it's less than ideal because I still can't get in close. Also how can I set a camera outside and not have it follow the aircraft? Like a spotters view. Cheers.

I don't get a smooth sim on anything under 30. If my fps drop to 23, it's a stuttering mess. But 30 and above is buttery smooth.

I hope you didn't miss the point of the movie. It's a remarkably powerful human story and that's what you deduced from it - political and maybe anti-christian overtones? And you got your money back? Interesting. But, to each their own I suppose. No need to debate about this on a flight sim community forum. My opinion was that it was a great film and a great story, one that is very personal to me. Cheers.

Thanks everyone. After closely looking over my inspector settings a few times I discovered somehow the behavior flags was set to something other than off. Setting it back to off restored my AA settings. Fixed.

This morning I installed a bunch of outstanding windows updates including the most recent Nvidia driver 310.33. After a restart I went into FSX and saw that the anti-aliasing settings from Nvidia Inspector weren't registering and everything was jagged. I went into inspector worried that somehow everything got reset, but my inspector settings are still there including my AA settings (8xS) which I have set to override. I tried rolling back the driver and even installing the 301.42 driver released in the spring, but I'm still only getting jaggy lines. I always left the AA setting in FSX unchecked, checking it gives me application AA but its not the greatest, and I've always had it set up through inspector. I'm not sure what happened or how to correct it. Advice? Thanks. EDIT: Sorry, the driver I installed was not 310.33, it was 306.97.

Been waiting for this movie for a while. I hear the reviews are positive and Denzel's performance is exceptional.

I'm interested in a good soundpack for the a330 (Using Thomas ruths). Payware or free, doesn't matter, as long as it doesn't sound like it's been recorded from the cabin. I dislike when I can hear the overbearing flap motors. Any suggestions? Cheers
