  1. Just bought the World Airliners 1 pack last night. They look amazing except for a couple errors (black smudges) on the wing, and some texture misalignment on the fuselage. I'm sure they'll fix those things soon. Otherwise, I highly recommend them.Brandon Burkley
  2. It is amazing what REX can do to the sim. I think most serious simmers have it by now but if you don't, get it! It will definitely beautify FS for you.Congratulations to the winners, excellent shots, especially the Kai Tak one I chose, great work there Jefferson. As for the other contestants (including myself) that did not make it to the top three, let me say, there were some great shots in there!A few of my favorites were Nick Silver's (BrasiliaNick) awesome sunset shot, Ethan Rayhorn's (Efussander) superb use of the FSDT DFW scenery (also the location of my screenshot), and Martin Dahlerup's (Firstofficera320) cockpit perspective shot of JS41 - the lighting and clouds were amazing in that one. Actually, I was originally going to submit a cockpit perspective shot but couldn't choose one out of the myriads that I took. The JS41's interior beauty definitely makes for an amazing cockpit view. I just purchased the boxed JS41 yesterday, and am really excited to step inside that cockpit this week. My amends to everyone, and thank you Dan for the contest, I'll be keeping a close watch for your next one Brandon Burkley
  3. Just installed them today using Ryan's post as a guide and they seem to work great for me!Brandon Burkley
  4. Hey Alex, what aircraft and repaint is that?Brandon Burkley
  5. Yes, that is exactly why I prefer Burbank over LAX when possible - the expedience and accessibility there are hard to come by elsewhere. However, my way back from Vegas was one of the bumpiest flights I've been on. We actually landed opposite the normal pattern on 26 after circling around the San Fernando valley. The pilot hand flew it in and we touched down hard enough to make my hangover want to explain itself to the seat in front of me. My warm welcome home from Vegas.
  6. Wow that was a wild guess. Just flew from BUR - LAS via Southwest a few months ago and noticed those mountains in the background looked familiar. So free copy of the NGX Ryan?? -Brandon Burkley
  7. Burbank (KBUR)??-Brandon Burkley
  8. Thanks Lee! Looking forward to this one...Brandon Burkley
  9. Hey Lee,Was looking around on Avsim and couldn't seem to spot an American Airlines 11 in HD. Have you done American yet? If not, could you?Thank you,Brandon Burkley
  10. Any news on resolving this issue yet? So far I have had to uninstall all of my 747 installations, then reinstall the 744 and 748 to get things working properly again. Still patiently waiting for a bug fix on the LCF. Thank you for your work on this.Brandon Burkley

  12. I believe there is a problem with the installer. I did as Ryan said - uninstalled from Control Panel and then restarted my computer and unfortunately got a BSOD :( After restoring and trying to reinstall with the new installer, I get an error when trying to validate my Order#. It says, "The system cannot locate the resource specified. Setup will now terminate."-Brandon BurkleyEDIT: Just got the installer to work after restarting. The problem persists with landing gear and crashes with the other freighters.
  13. I have the same problem. When selecting the LCF in the config manager and opening FSX everything is A-OK. But when changing to a different variant in the config manager, such as the -8F for example, and then reopening FSX to view the -8F in the select aircraft screen the main gear appear to be down and the nose gear retracted. Load the flight and your -8F is suffering massive structural damage from continual crashes into the ground. YIKES! Same for anyone else?-Brandon Burkley
