  1. Hi guys, What about at night, when yous are the last flight at night. What do yous do? Do yous shut down the full a/c (apu, ground connections, battery, NAV lights...etc)? Or how does the last flight of the night get left for the night till the next morning? Thanks
  2. I've downloaded the latest the latest makerwys (4.4.1.0) and the latest FSUIPC (3.9.8.0) and did the rebuild of RC scenery. Also, I made sure "interact with AI" was ticked. But when i'm taxing out to the runway, the a/c infront of me will not line up on the runway when direct to do so, they just turn on all lights and stay there without ever moving. I've tried looking for a solution to this but nothing is coming up. Any ideas?
  3. Hi.Just got Radar Contact 4.3 for FS9. So set up everything like the manual says. But my question is, Radar contact will not have control over my AI for Traffic 2004. The AI stick to the FS9 ATC and it becomes confusing while i'm trying to talk to ATC and the AI are doing it at the exact same time. Is this normal?Stephen
  4. Got a wee problemo guys,Ordered in my new joystick, it's a "Logic 3 Pro Flight 2". So set everything and calibration as well. Jumped in FS9 to try it out and found out that all my aircraft make a slow bank to the left. I tried to re-calibrate my joystick but nothing helped. This only started happening since I got this joystick.Everything in my payload and fuel is balanced. On the calibration page, everything is central.Anyone got a solution?Stephen
  5. What's wrong with wanting a bit of a view these days? What I meant was, is there nothing available as if you where looking from a pax view? But Ryan gave an answer with-out hassle. Thanks Ryan. Stephen
  6. There's no cargo door on the left hand side of the aircraft... Though i'm assuming you meant on the right hand side and you are able to open the cargo doors on the right?I don't think it's possible to open the right hand side door at all, just the left hand-side front and rear pax doors.Stephen
  7. Or make things much simple for yourself if you are not use to the FMC. Delete the discontinuity and everything should all join up ;)
  8. Anyone think I would be better posting it somewhere else? ... Maybe not the right forum?Stephen
  9. Hi Alan, exactly what he mentioned to the first question.Though to your second one, it does depend on company SOP, a lot of them will state that the pilot flying (PF) should return to manual braking around 80kts. Stephen
  10. What do you mean by, "now they are gone" what did you do for that to happen? Did you install something for that to happen, or was it a usual strange one, turn on the computer and everything is mucked up? You kinda need to make it a bit clear for us.Any chance you have turned the volume down? :( Stephen
  11. You sure all your keyboard keys are free? Meaning they are not stuck down, you aren't touching the trim buttons... if not, try this;Start up a flight at the end of the runway and don't program anything in the FMC or autopilot. Take off and do a full circuit (without autopilot) then when you come back around to land, see if you still get the problem this time without having programmed anything for autopilot or FMC. Remember though, this time YOU will have to control the trim settings with no aid for A/P!By the way, just a quick thought as I was writing this out, make sure you have the proper settings in the "ALT / AIRCRAFT / REALISM". That has a bad habit of causing a few problems I've noticed. Also, make sure you have the up-to-date version of the PMDG.Let me know how it goes after you have tried that out.Stephen
  12. Hi,I get this problem to, take it no one has a solution to it I guess? Stephen
  13. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing? Should help, if not let me know.stephen
  14. Hi guys,How you all doing? Wasn't sure where to post this, so put it here because I was involving the PMDG MD-11.I was going through my PMDG MD-11 sounds the other day and was listeing to some of the engine sounds. I came across one of the files that is the sound of the take-off power. Can't remember exactly, but i'm sure a few people have named it the "grind" sound I think... :( What I was wondering if it was possible to turn up the volume of a specific sound file (eg, the "grind") I've got the engine volume up to max in the FS itself but it doesn't really help here the engine sounds that nice unless I lower the other volumes to almost zero. Is that possible and am I making sense for a start? :( Thanks guys,Hope you've all had a great weekend.Stephen
  15. Is there nothing available on file library at all for the wing view? Just a guess...
