Hi guys,Recently downloaded the beautiful Dash 7 (d7vcmdla).It is great, particularly the Brymon textures which are promenent where I live.What intrigues me is what are the appendages just outboard of the engines.They look like air refueling housings or missile pods.Anybody have any ideas please ?Thanks a lot,Dave

Well guys, I have FS98, FS2000, FS2002, FS2004 and, incidentaly X-Plane installed on one of my external HD`s. These are all executable by allied shorcuts on my desktop. 98% of my flight sim is conducted from FS9/FS2004. Just love it ! Dave

As I have already posted when previously asked this question. I have had FSX for some time and occasionally dust it off and try it. I still don`t like it and happily return to FS9, my preferred platfom. Dave

I have never had a problems with any of Toni Agramont`s excellent scenery. It is amazing how a single bgl can cause problems.I first noticed a problem over the Pyrenees where I test any new Airbus aircraft downloads. I found that aircaft were tracking 70 degrees north of heading. Moved area within France..no change tried over UK and Spain..problem persisted. Then I tried a few locations in America..no problems. It took a long time to isolate the problem, using Opa`s well tried method (which I used before I`d ever heard of Opa...seems obvious really) Sorry Opa I do appreciate what you have done for us Simmers.I finally tracked down the culprit to iah_west_jw.bgl which was part of a Houston download.Not exactly what you would expect is it ? Hi,I have my FS9 ( Renamed My FS2004) 60GB and an out of the box Flight Simulator 9, for testing new inputs before transferring to My FS2004 in my my main Drive "C".On my external 2TB hard drive I have 3 interim versions of FS9 plus FSX plus X-Plane 9.All of these are capable of being run from the external drive directly, so I see no problem in copying FS9 or whatever to an external HD.Dave

Hi,I have Aerosoft`s Heathrow and I found I suffered a frame rate hit, fluctuating beteen 10 and 16 fps. Having bought UK 2000 Extreme (and subsequently all of their airports) Aerosoft has been relegated to the external HD ! I get 29.9 fps, maxed at 30 fps. with Heathrow and Gatwick Extreme.Dave

Well, all I do is re-name the ui-manufacturer to Airbus, Boeing etc. Further to this I re-name the ui type to A320-100, A320-200 A330-300 B737-200 B737-300 B737-800 and so on. Done this for years with no ill effects. In the menu I thus get Boeing sub-divded into 737-200 757-200 etc etc.Dave

Hi Chuck BI am interested in the principle of Game Booster but I find that iobit software do not seem to offer it themselves now. Other sites do but with various caveats that I`m not too sure about.Iobit do offer V2 but would you care to elaborate on what you have heard that is not too complimentary?Thanks,Dave
