I have a problem landing on the runway without the front gear sinking into the pavement of the runway. I just purchased the Megascenery New York and flying from KIAD to KJFK, landing on rw 19L, however, the flight is without problems until I land on the runway and the front gear sinks into the runway and the flight comes to an end. Anybody has any idea what the problem might be ? Appreciate any response, thank you Jacobus Homan

Every time I am flying the PMDG 777 300, my FMC indicates at the bottom section the following message " FLT NUMBER UPLINK " what does this message mean. Any reply would be appreciated, thank you. Jacobus Homan

Every time I land on the runway of KJFK, the Boeing 777-300 touch the runway and only the front wheels sink into the runway, I have never had this problem before, while the whole flight was flawless only the touch down on the runway is a mystery to me. I am missing an ATC prompt on the EICAS "LARGE ATC MESSAGE", when I select COMM as requested, there are no messages on the pictured PDC regarding ATC, the bottom line is I did not have an ATC uplink, so no new messages as shown on page 35 of TUTORIAL 1.5. Thank you all for any reply. Jacobus Homan

What does it mean when the CURRENT ACTIVITY on the status bar is constantly IDLE, I have never seen a change in wording from idle to another activity. My question is: does it suppose to change with the weather conditions and if so,how. Appreciate any reply, thank you Jacobus Homan

During night flights I have no lights coming thru the windows of the passenger cabin, the plane looks pitch black, while other planes have their lights on. Does anybody know where the light switch is located, if any. Thanks for any reply Jacobus Homan

I am very frustrated with my PMDG 777-300 download. I have done everything according to the manual: settings on ADVANCED ANIMATION, HIGHMEMFIX=1, SCREEN RESOLUTION 1024*768*32 and the plane is still a skeleton. I have no problems with the PMDG 737-800 or the PMDG 777-200, so why with the 300? Because after the 300 download, the 777-200 are automatically eliminated and right now I have no 777 plane to fly. Somebody out there must have a solution. I appreciate any response and thank you in advance. Jacobus Homan

I recently downloaded the PMDG 777-300, the download procedure was no problem, however, when I activated my FSX and clicked on the plane, the plane showed the bare essentials and was merely a skeleton, I have had this problem before with another plane, but have had none with the PMDG 777-200, I can not recall what the problems were. I have always been able to print the documents for the PMDG 737 and 747, however, for the 777 I am unable to print the Flight crew training manual and the Vol 1 and 2, there is a security setting on these documents and have no permission to print. Could anybody tell me the reason for these security settings or is this to make me buy these documents. Thank you Jacobus Homan

Thank you for your fast reply, I checked all the parameters according to your post and all are correct, but somehow the information does not show up in the left window, I click on the for eq.PMDG 737NGX 800 WL KL.ptp and this moves to the lower window called File name, then I click on the open button to have the Manager install, it goes thru the process, but nothing shows up on the left window. I am unable to use the livery window, I run it as administrator and the two center small messages are very blurry, I am able to download the liveries but they don't show up on the list to the right. Hoping somebody can help me, much appreciated Jacobus Homan
