  1. Well lets hope they eventually provide the NGX with proper seating capacities like most operators use in Europe.
  2. It is true, for an aircraft on 'the line', the NGX rendition is relatively clean and I'd love if some aircraft I flew looked like that! Most of the time they probably carry god knows what bacteria and crap and the switches are pretty much worn down...that and the hundred and one inop stickers (maybe an exageration!).
  3. I'll take a video of it in a bit... It's the same No matter what level of autogen or aircraft ... Have went through Word Not Allowed's guide and tried many alternative settings re: bufferpools etc. Will post a video in a bit.
  4. So should I get rid of the overclock and re-format? Would it be worth it considering the above ^^ All advice welcome

Indeed not a thing ... But yeah some things around are a little over exaggerated, but no freebies at all... If you can call tea/coffee/drinks freebies? That is some April fools prank my man !! Can just imagine his face!!! Only prank we had was a while back with a new member of the cabin crew and we went on the PA and requested defib to flight deck immediately and she ran up with it panicking just to walk in and both of us hunched forward... Was hilarious her face! But, yes back to 787 can't imagine how annoyed/ fidgety they must be! I can't go a few weeks let alone that long Indeed not a thing ... Oh yes I use the word 'job' very lightly, I as originally based in Eastern Europe and then was told I had 1 month to be based in Spain and then the UK, it's absolutely crazy! And don't get me started on HR or mgt....... But yeah I agree with your post completely!! Also you say tray table and then mention me cutting into steak... Don't you mean a mars bar, packet of crisps and sandwhich which I made at home the night before? ... Well with my current employer anyhow !!
  7. Yeah I did it without realising it was still over clocked, stability wise it'll run for over 24hrs with NGX and addon scenery etc. at a steady 29/30fps (locked) just a really annoying stutter when turning at all which I believe that my install process whilst overclocked may to be blame? Do you think it would be beneficial to reformat fresh without overclocked and so would that possibly* solve the stutter?

If we went on strike there wouldn't be a job to go back to, we all know MOL would be union busting Ach hopefully be jumping ship soon... And tray tables - what are those? I thought siting cramped up scribbling on your lap was the way to do it?
  9. Hi Guys, See hypothetically if I were to reformat my SSD and re-install Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit fresh install and FSX w/ addons and tweak but don't downlock my overclocked i5 2500k so it's still overclocked to 4.7 whilst installing/ tweaking/ flying. If I were to still have a stutter once re-installed and no difference no matter what setting I play with either tweak wise in FSX.cfg or tweaked Win7 as by the online guides. Would installing and tweaking with the system overclocked cause this stutter that won't go away? If so how would you recommend going about things. Thanks!

Yep it makes up the whole wage packet for me.... Aer Lingus need some 737s haha
  11. This is indeed very much correct in our everyday procedures, everyone is far too busy Just shut engine 2 down approaching the stand, they plug it in, check the volts, stick it on and get ready for the next sector almost immediately...
  12. Hi There, Just thought I'd make my praise public for the current NGX FS2CREW and the Emergency NGX addons. As a first officer on the type for a particular 'loved' - or not - European airline of -800's, I understand the true requirement for 2-crew operation and in particular when the 'eek' moments arise. I must say FS2CREW have taken the NGX that much closer to reality and in particular with training method's and being able to practice scenarios just as we would in the sim. Very Well Done - the combination of the NGX and FS2CREW (Both packages) is probably as close as a 'desktop' simulator will get, incredible.
  13. There are some really good quirks modelled by PMDG here guys Welcome to the world of planes that with hundreds of moving parts are far from perfect
  14. Go to the FMC, and open the overwing exits then close them again, I taxiied and they didn't exstinguish so seems weird, although only had this issue once and that's how I fixed it so I didn't need to stop the flight ... or better still pretend you didn't see the lights and take-off and then have some diversion back to the airport fun...
