You would be incorrect.In the Flight1 Mustang VC (which I am sure you can agree is one of the hardest hitting VC's on the market) under the same conditions I see between 23 and 36 (sometimes higher) fluid FPS running unlimited frame lock, and that would include UT traffic running 80% AL and GAI think its amazing how many people think they have to run 4.7GHz to see excellent FSX results

I get a smooth as glass 45 to 60 FPS running unlimited frame lock in the default Cessna with storm weather over Seattle6 core 980x @ 4.28GHz and a GTX 480 using all of Nick Needhams Windows and FSX advice and without any bufferpools or other tweaks

When that many roof's show in error, this is Orbx plain and simple.There have been reports that the FTX Central switch may not work if the users autogen description file is not being reset to default due to an error in the install or some type of UAC or other file protection running. It was also shown that some people replaced their files with a manual fix and that will also render the FTX Central switch uselssI had that issue myself after I had followed some blog post a long time ago and changed the autogen description files manually. What fixed it was someone sending me the default files and installing them with FTX switch set to FSX Default and then from that point on the roof problem stoped and everything worked perfect when I switched Orbx off.Accoring to this post: http://www.simforums.com/forums/the-autogen-tree-fix-is-it-bad_topic41396.html the autogen fix is related to tree tiles and has nothing to do with buildings

Reduce the texture resolution to 1m and the issue stops.. its a problem with the higher LOD in the render engine that is seen in the Caribbean as well as south Pacific with some airstrips close to the ocean too, not just UTXunfortunately that means one loses the 7cm texture resolution clarity but its only for spot locations like this.
