Yes I've read that, but the PMDG 747 was presented a long time before the NGX came out, however, they don't have released the SDK for the 747 yet. I hope to get an indication about what the PMDG developers have in mind about this subject. I do hope that they will release the SDK, because it's great to fly with those planes and modules.

Hi everyone, First of all, my compliments for this wonderful, wonderful product. It was definately worth the waiting. Since I'm a user of various opencockpits modules, such as the mcp and efis, I wonder if there is a chance that the 777 will be compatible with the modules. I use the OCP4NGX software that let me run those modules with the NGX, but the T7 option still doesn't work. Any information regarding if, and so, when this function will be made possible? Niels

Problem solved! I had to install Service Pack 1C from PMDG to let it work. Hope I helped you if you experienced the same problem.

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. I did use the _PP.ssi scripts. However, the problem was that I didn't install the Service Pack 'C' from PMDG. This solved the problems I had. Thanks for your help. Niels

My problem is fixed by installing the ServicePack 1C from PMDG for the NGX. Seems it doesn't work with older versions. Works like a charm now! Cheers! Niels

Same problem here, Knobs are functioning, and LED's also, however some knobs are functioning slow. Displays show numbers, but when turning the dials, the digit on the mcp change, and in FSX it remains unchanged. Would be great if you have a fix! Thanks in advance. Niels

Today I bought the FMC from opencockpits, and downloaded RKsoftware to let it run. The FMC runs fine, however, the MCP and EFIS are useless. The EFIS isn't functioning at all, and the MCP shows wrong digits, and when pressing a button on the mcp, it is pressing a different button on the MCP on FSX. I think there is a problem with the scripts, but I cant figure out what it is. I'm running the ''OCP4NGX_MCP-EFIS-CDU v1.05.ssi'' by the way. Thanks in advance! Niels

Guys, With the info I got from the spy, I searched on google, and I found the solution. After installing I moved the OpusFSX folder into my FSX folder. By moving it back to my original installation directory (in my case G:\) the program was able to decode the GRIB data. Thanks for your help. Now if you excuse me, I have to look at some beautiful weather!

Hello everyone, I need some help over here. Today I bought this wonderfull product and pretty satisfied with it. But I have one (or two) issues, which I need some help with. First, when opening the 'OpusFSI reports' screen within FSX, it seems I can't get any data when selecting Upper or Lower athmosphere weather reports. It just gives me the message 'No data available at present'. I looked on forums, and I enabled 'Grib data' (don't know if this has something to do with it), but the message remains the same. Also, when I try to look at the metar at the destination airport (which I typed in at weather settings) It gives me the message 'No weather available at present'. This message remains untill I'm around 500km from my destination. Is this normal, or should it be available earlier? I hope to get some responce. Niels

Hello everybody, I'm sort of encountering the same problem: I'm unable to fly heights I've flown before on the same routes. In fact, setting up the FMC already gives me the message: Unable crz alt. I'm flying on IVAO, and switching off the weather system didn't give me any success. Also the static weather in FSX is no help: the problem keeps popping up, and it's frustrating me terribly! Please help!
