Guys, for the contrails issue, its now random, so it comes randomly and goes, some flights i see it, sometimes i dont, and when i see it, i change my altitude like +1000 above or below, sometimes it fixes it! hope that helps!

Yeah I manualy set a weather with few rain nthn appeared Let me ask you this If am flying in overcast conditions with no precipitation, nothing is gonna show up?

Hello every one my wxr has been frustrating to me, it only work with storms and thats all, i have flewn in many airports where storms are not present but clouds were, the radar screen is emty, just heavy storms show in otherwise nothing the funny part is that i once started my fsx without ASN and the radar gave me some response i have tried the FSUIPC trick, it worked for storms thats it. any idea?

i dunno how true is that, but i have flewn with many areas with clouds and the wxr doesnt show anything unless am in a very bad weather area, then it shows, is this normal?

aha, thats neat! but if i change any of those variances like lets say i manualy change the cruising altitude, would it recalculate ?

Hello PMDG, great job guys this is the most ammazing product ever, when is the 747 v2 be released? just kidding! moving to my topic I just have a question regarding weather radar, do i need to re install ASN or something for it to work? or just having ASN on while flying is enough? regarding datauplink, where does the aircraft take the information from? when i requested the data, it gave me a weird payload with random cruising altitude, is it the file i create with PFPX? because pfpx didnt give me that load, it might be the datauplink creates random payload, i got no problem with it just making sure.

My question is In the LR when am flying at sunset or sunrise, external lights dont show on the ground at all And did you simulate the strobe reflection that can be seen from the cockpit like the 737 NGX?

Usually for international flights, 2 hours ETD arrive at the airport then briefing room, get all set for the flight after that board the airplane 40 to 60 min ETD, walk around then FMC programming, actually the programming after doing some calculations shouldn't take more than 15 to 20 at most because u get used to it with time! then do all the required paper work like signing the load sheet and P/L or passenger list... then you get a 5-10 minutes window for some delayed baggage or delayed departure time,,,

i know this might sound stupid, but just double check that the install destination is the correct one it might be installing in some other destination

they say they will use same coding for the 777 on the 747 v2, and they were actually working on it while developing the 777, but not in mass development and untill now they are focusing on the 777 with -300 and SP1, so i guess it will take some time a year from now is a good bet

Hello guys I know this topic has been discussed before but as you know technology changes so I said i might get a good answer for this present time on "what is the best fairly price specs for a desktop to run fsx smoothly" I already have a rig built 2 years ago with the following: 1- CPU: i7 2600k 2- asus z68 deluxe 3- 2x 4gb ripjawz (RAM) 4-nvidia GTX 660 "bought it just today" This computer was just working fine untill few days ago the whole system crashes when i try to start any game, i just cant even access the game, the moment it finish loading, baaam windows restarts, no blue screen nothing I tried many things to solve my issue, replaced GPU, i tried runing with single RAM, formatted the pc, everything with no luck, i am fed up with it To make story short, I would like to spend around $800-1000 only so i said why dont i just keep some of the current parts like hard drive, RAM if possible, dvd player, gpu, and just get me a new board, cpu and psu So any suggestion on how i should spend those $800? What are the best parts? All ideas and suggestions are welcomed even if a possible solution to my problem Thanks in advance
