I have my Q400 installed with XML and not the in the P3D folder. When I shall install FS2Crew it can´t find my installed Q400 and the installation stops. Must I have the aircraft installed in P3D or is it possible to use the XML metod. /Thomas

I have problems with "cockpit tooltips" in P3D. I mostly use A2A aircraft. On some instruments it works on some others it does not. It doesn't work on thermometers and magnetic compasss. If I place the mouse pointer on the magnetic compass P3D in windowed mode and switch to full screen alt + enter then the information is displayed. The same goes for the reverse. I use Chaseplane. Some advice? /Thomas

Of course if you can get your hands on Airac 1809 and have FSAerodata. Then you can update P3D and LNM. But I don´t think you can find Ariac 1809. /Thomas

I have had a big problem with P3D. Currently, no keyboard command is working. It started with the fact that shft-2,3,4 etc ended up being used a lot for A2A aircraft. If in P3D in the menu I choose Vehicle / Instrument panel then the quick selections are there and can also be opened but not with shft-X. Now neither shft-z nor pause P works, no keyboard command works. There are no conflicting rules in P3D options / controls. I have tried to remove the references in P3D before using FSUIPC. Nothing works. I use Chaseplane and there are no conflicts. I also have AS installed but have a hard time thinking it would affect this. I have a hard time understanding which addon could affect the function. I use the LINDA module to control the bumps on my Honeycomb yoke but neither can I find anything that would affect this feature. /Thomas

I have the problem with ENVA Vaernes 2.0. The only solution I have found is to zoom in the map, then you se the airport. /Thomas

In connection with a new installation of Windows 10, I made a mistake. I have my files eg Document synced with One Drive. Now I'm going to unlink my PC from One Drive. The question then is what happens to my installations of scenery and other addons in P3D. The xml files will probably contain the wrong path I suspect. Is there any simple way to make this change without it becoming total chaos. I have used Addon organizer. Grateful for advice and tips /Thomas

I use P3D v4.5 HF2.I have a problem with Chaseplane which in some way affects the possibility of using short-term shft + 2, shift + 3, etc. I use A2A aircraft and need to open these panel windows. When Chaseplane is run, these commands do not work. When I shut down Chaseplane it works again. The commands are correct in P3D options /Thomas

Thanks Roland for all help. I think now that I'm starting to get order on LINDA. When you start using it is a little trial and error. I have started over from the beginning and then it seems to work better. I still don't know what caused the problems with the pop-up windows. I also removed the link to top hat on the yoke. /Thomas

Ok, thank you!. I understand your wondering. For the moment I have nu throttle (used a CH yoke earlier) and have used the top har button to in/decrease throttle an the in/decrease prop pitch. Rather unusual solution I can admit but it works well in the absence of a throttle. I hav the Top Hat function in Chaseplane. /Thomas

I use LINDA to program Honeycomb yoke in P3D v4.5 HF2. It works well for buttons and controls. I have used it well for A2A aircraft. Suddenly a problem arose. There is a conflict with the speed dials that A2A uses Shft-2,3,4,5,6,7 which is the default P3D command for the dispay panel window. Using desk top keys does not work. Not holding the pause key P works. If I use the backup on P3D modules folder and where LINDA is installed but no A2A aircraft then A2A shortcuts with shift-X work. How can I find out how LINDA conflicts with the default "Panel Window X (display / hide) in P3D. I use LINDA 3.0.12c /Thomas

Has anyone succeeded with an xml installation of an aircraft from Flight1 in P3D v4.5 HF2. It seems like their licensing system is messing with it. I try with their DC-9 and I get the error message that there is no license file. The license file is in the Flight1 folder in C:. /Thomas

It seems to be FS Aerodata that was the problem. I disabled FS Aerodata and that was the solution of the problem. Thank you Mischung! and thank you Simbol for answer. Anyone who knows if FA Aerodata is aware of the problem? /Thomas

New installation of P3D v4.5 HF2 and I get this phenomenon with default start. Holes in the ground. Also found at other airports. Does anyone have a suggested solution?

Hi Jude Thats right. Normal installation with the exe file is not a problem and the scenery goes to the scenery.cfg. In this case I want to use .xml for installing the scenery. /Thomas

I have a problem installing a scenery with AddonOrganizer and xml . I have followed all the instructions in "How to sdd legacy scenery". This applies to Aerosoft Trondheim Vaernes V2. The difference between the airports shown in "How to add legacy scenery" is that in the case of Trondheim there is another category except Effects and World base secenery and that is Simobjects. I have added the SimObjects folder to Other addons. In that folder are Avatars, Ground Vehicles and Misc. The installation does not work the airport is completely without buildings and only a number of red large X.I P3D Add-ons the scenery are active. How can I troubleshoot this? /Thomas
