I want to start MSFS as an administrator. In Windows start, there is the option to right-click on the app and start as an administrator. In P3D I can choose to always start the simulator as an administrator by right-clicking on Prepar3D.exe and in properties select Run this program as an administrator. Is there the same possibility in MSFS? and if so, where is the file? /Thomas

Another very annoying thing is this arrow that shows the toolbar at the top of the screen. As soon as the mouse moves, it becomes visible. The fact that it cannot be removed means that it destroys the experience of a simulator and reinforces the impression of an X-box game /Thomas

Yes I mean the drop-down menu and its arrow. Correct but it is natural to often move the mouse in a simulator and then the toolbar arrow is activated. /Thomas

The toolbar that appears in the center of the image is really unrealistic especially in a flight simulator. One can really hope that it can somehow be hidden or disconnected on and off. As it looks now, it gives far too much of an impression of an X-box game. /Thomas

I have only one Just Sim aircraft and it is PA28R Arrow III. I think it was the first in their series of Piper machines. Not particularly impressed especially instrument lighting is under all criticism. Although many complained, it is not updated. Far from the class you get with A2A in my opinion. So one vote for A2A. /Thomas

I use P3DV5 HF1 and Chaseplane V1.1.8.7 S. I have problems with Logitech Throttle Quadrant interfering with Chaseplane. I have my controll assigments connected to the Xbox. Static camera is connected to the XB-B button in the Xbox. Sometimes the staic camera works but usually the image quickly switches back to the cockpit. If I manage to get the chaseplane to stay in static camera mode, the chaseplane immediately switches back to the cockpits when I touch any Throttle Quadrant slider. I have the Throttle Quadrant assigned in FSUISP. In P3D options controlls there is no inlet for the Throttle Quadrant. If I unplug the USB to the Throttle, all problems disappear. Anyone who can help? /Thomas

Hi I have installed P3DV5 and the newest version of PAO 1.52 b01. I also have P3DV4.5 installed. In V4.5 I have installed the freeware svenery Airports of Norway. I have installed the scenery and the effect, as other addons, and as last part a elevation correction (base layer). In PrDV4.5 everything went well and the base layer is placed at layer 2.In P3DV5 for some reason that dosen´t work. When I try to place the base layer at layer 2 it goes to to top of the scenery on top of Airports of Norway scenery. What am I doing wrong? /Thomas

Thanks for the reply. Problem solved. I installed version 6.0.3 of FSUIPC. When FSUIPC is installed, it is identified that there are two versions of P3D and you can choose to install in both versions. When I do this FSUIPC is installed in P3DV4 modules and in to P3DV5 there is a link in documents / prepar3d v5 add-ons in the form of an XML file. That's the way the FSUIPC itself chooses and it works great. In P3DV5 there are no folders for modules. I enclose the FSUIPC installation log. I do not get LINDA 3.2.0 to work in P3DV5. I have both V4.5 and V5 of P3D installed. I have done the following. I have installed a registered version FSUPC6. I chose to install FSUIPC in both V4.5 and 5. FSUIPC has been added to the modules folder in P3D V4.5 and there is an XML file documents / prepar3d v5 add-ons. According to the log file for FSUIPC, the installation worked. I have FSUIPC in both version 4.5 and 5 of P3D. I did a backup of P3DV4.5 modules folder where I had the previous LINDA version. I copied all files from LINDA 3.2.0 to the modules folder in P3DV4.4 and overwrite old files. I copied my two LINDA folders linda and linda-cfg from my backup into P3DV4.5 modules folder and overwrite. I copied fsuipc5.ini and renamed it fsuipc6.to the modules folder. First I started P3DV4.5 and everything worked perfectly with LINDA. When I try the equivalent in P3DV5, LINDA does not work. LINDA starts as usual and in the Configuration Checklist there are three green Everything is ok. FSUIPC version 6,000 is correct. If I go to the joysticks there are all my sliders that I used before and when I turn the slider it is visible in LINDA. But nothing happens in the simulator. What have I done wrong? /Thomas

Hi Its when you place the aircraft och or scenery outside P3D and use an XML file to link it to P3D. I understand from your answer that the aircraft must be installed in the usual way in P3D för FS2Crew to work. /Thomas
