Hi! I have just upgraded to v4.2 with Client, Content and Scenery installation. The process was rather smooth. However, I found that whenever I start the first flight with either default or addon aircraft, some issue occurred. That is, if I push the thrust from idle position ( default F22 or PMDG 777/747), there was electric shut down causing engine shut down( F22) or transient electric failure which returned back to normal later by itself. (PMDG 777/747) However, if I start a second flight or plane, everything was normal. Any fix or reason? Thanks!

Hi! Can anyone help me? I have been bothered and struggling with this issue for a period of time. All of a sudden, all add-ons of P3D v4.1 stopped working, including FSUIPC, GSX, Chaseplane, and all other add-ons, etc. No matter which aircraft I load, default or Custom aircraft, after I start the flight, I would find that all the programs in the Add-ons tab. stopped working, including those not listed in the tab, like Chaseplane. What can I do? Thanks! I haven't installed any add-ons before this happened. It happened all of a sudden. My system: Windows 10 pro. 64 bit, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD

Thank you so much for your detailed test! I have been experiencing exactly the same as you, however, I didn't know how to check the engine registry. I never saw all of the effects too, just some, or none. So right now we have to turn this issue to Majestic?? If so, could you please send them a ticket about this?

Keven: I notice sometimes I can see some of them, but occasionally, I see nothing, even if I press "I" key, nothing happened..... I cannot tell what's making the difference because what I do is the same. Thanks for helping! Iching Lee

I can see Wheel spray, contrail, Prop. vortice. But not Engine cold start smoke(temp -6C), no Engine wash, and no wing condenser. And what is lateral jet blast? I have never seen it. Is it normal??

Hi! I have been using fsfx immersions and other addon for a long time and I really appreciate it. Today I bought immersion for Q400.( updated for P3D v4.1) However, after starting the sim and I put myself in Tromso airport(ENTC) and it was a raining weather with snow on the ground. I start the engine from cold and dark. Yet, I didn't notice and effect. Cold start smoke, Engine jet wash, Prop. vortices, Wheel spray, etc. Nothing there. My FSUIPC version is up to date. Is there anything wrong? Thanks!

Thanks... I will try to find it. I know I can revert back to the previous version. However, I am not sure if I just revert back, would it cause more trouble because something has been messed around.

HI! How did you uninstall it? My issue is that “sometimes” my payware aircrafts including A2A, Majestic Q400, and FSLabs A320 would “stuck” during a flight. The P3D windows showed “No response” and then P3D crashed. Recently I rarely fly OMDG so I am not sure about PMDG. So if I try your way, it’s also possible to fix my issue? Thanks!

Thanks so much Keven for reminding! I didn't know there is an update of FSUIPC cause I was still using v5.10. After updating to v5.103, it's all normal now!!

Hi!! I have the same problem too!! I tried many flights. I could only see Jet blast(?)on wet runway during rotation, but not any other effect such as condensation, vortices, or brake dust, etc. with my PMDG 777-200/300 so far(P3D V4). I also have done the above checklist including the panel.cfg. Any fix so far?? Thanks a lot!!!

Hi! I have downloaded and installed the latest update of 747 and 777-200/300ER. However, there is an issue of 777-200/300 which is associated with Autobrake. When I take off, there is a continuous "click" sound after lifting off. It exists until gear up. I think it's the sound of RTO reverting back to Off. And, while landing, when gear is down, the click sound appears again and my Autobrake setting revert back to Off by itself (from my setting of the autobrake, eg. autobrake 3) No only is the click sound annoying but also I cannot use autobrake at all. The sound persists until I touch down and set autobrake to RTO again! I have tried to reinstall the 777 twice but the issue persists. Anyone has the same issue?? Thanks!!

Hi!! I am using P3D v4 and since yesterday, I began to have an issue with Chaseplane and my P3D + TrackIR. That is, if I change to "Spot view", no matter which AC I fly, I cannot fix my camera by "Space+mouse". I mean It will revert back to tail view by itself once I released the key. I can only rotate my TrackIR to fix the angle of the view. In the past, when I shifted to Spot view, I can use "Space+mouse" to change the camera angle and fix it. I think it's an issue between TrackIR and ChasePlane because if I turn off TrackIR, then it would be normal. Is there any fix? Thanks!!

Hi! I have just reinstalled my PC(Windows 10, Pro, 64bit) and reinstalled P3D v4 along with some addons. However, ChasePlane tells me that it does not support V4?? Does this happen to any else? Thanks!! I don't know how to attach pic here. But when I run P3D v4 and Chaseplane runs too. Then it shows that "Your P3D version is not supported yet" and it shows that my P3D version is v4.0.23.21468 Is it normal???

Hi! I just installed v4 and am going to install all my ORBX. So it seems it still need to download again before installation and occupies doubled memory of SSD? Or is there any way to make it install from previously downloaded files? Thanks'

Thanks for reply! It's a PMDG file according to the description of the file and it has .ptp file. It was OK with me before. It just happened today. Do I have to reinstall PMDG center??
