  1. No idea which motherboard I have. I also had a look and saw I have hyperthreading enabled, so I'll just keep it on. By the way, the AffinityMask you gave me really did a significant impact on my fps in the FSLabs, just gotta try again with other aircraft. Thank you very much!
  2. Thank you very much for the help. I'm going to try this now. Question: Should I enable Hyper-threading on my pc? I'm a bit of a newbie to hyper-threading and affinitymasks.
  3. Should be this one: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
  4. Yeah, I guess it's MSAA. It's with an S and an M, that's the only thing I know 🙂 I haven't changed anything in my Prepar3D.cfg file. Do you suggest me to set a mask or not? I have an Intel i7 as CPU, don't know the exact name though. Do I need to have hyperthreading on or off?
  5. I don't know if I'm using affinty mask / hyperthreading... Where can I find that? No, I'm not limiting my frames I'm using a GTX 1660Ti (6GB VRAM) I'm using SMAA.
  6. Hello, I recently did a full reinstall of my simulator, and have already installed some of my aircraft (PMDG 737NGXu, PMDG B777, FSLabs A319-A320-A321). In airports with both PMDG aircraft I easily get 40+ FPS and around 3.6GB of VRAM On the other hand, the exact same airport and settings, I only get 15-20 FPS and 4.5GB of VRAM. Am I missing something? Thanks!
  7. Not really gamechanging, but I like to have "Enable detailed clouds" on ActiveSky when I use Volumetric Clouds, makes them look nicer in my opinion. Also on ActiveSky, I use VATSIM's weather data so I have the same as the controller.
  8. No issues on my side... But there's a new version released today! (7857) Try downloading that one and see if it still crashes your sim.
  9. Best thing you can do is trial and error... You're gonna have a hard time finding support for these matters as not many people install FSX airports into P3D (but that doesn't mean there are none) I've tried it in the past, had bunch of scenery errors and taxiways not showing up correctly. Not trying it a second time 🙃
  10. I'm pretty sure you're right about that one, I haven't really seen any significant changes between Volumetric Clouds "on" or "off" except for the clouds, obviously.
  11. What kind of issues were you running into? I'm on 7851 and have no issues at all...
  12. You're trying to install an FSX airport into Prepar3D v4?
  13. Hello, I made this account some time ago, but I would like to change my username... Is that possible? EDIT; Nevermind, I found it 😛 I should search a bit more instead of posting directly...
  14. Hello everyone Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I thought this would be the best place. So I'm playing P3DV5.1 with my PS4 controller, and since I don't have a physical throttle quadrant, I use the buttons "triangle" and "cross" to accelerate and decelerate. This isn't the most convenient option, but it works, I guess. I have a registered copy of FSUIPC, so I'm wondering if I can do the following: On the right joystick of my PS4 controller, I'd like to accelerate when I push the joystick up, and decelerate when I pull the joystick down. I don't want it to be set up as a throttle axis, since the joystick resets everytime in the center. (so I would basically be at idle thrust) Is this perhaps possible with FSUIPC, if yes, any idea how to do it? If you need any further explanation, I would happily do it. Regards
