One question off the record, what does the gauge AOA mean ?

That would be way to easy... Doesn't solve it. Waiting for the update...here in the Netherlands august 27th is past in a couple of hours..

Hi Tinribs, Yes, I installed all the xbox junk because that seems to be necesary... Unplug joystick, disarm firewall, unplug audio device...all that doesn't make a difference... But, how and where will we hear/ read if the update is there, I mean, was ment for today , right ?

First thing they need to fix is that users like me can get further than checking for updates... When the coming update is in game menu I'll still be screwed... Unbelievable after 9 days, not one apology from Microsoft. Fselite is also very quiet after months of daily notifications how fantastic it was gonna be...

But that is my point. I still can not come in the game...

So, will I receive an email from Microsoft tomorrow or how to get it? If it's Microsoft store than I'm screwed again...

I.ve also tried all the so called fixes..Even changed my Windows account name to the same as in microsoft account. But it sticks at checking for updates. A blue bar and nothing happens. Will this be solved with the coming update from msfs ? Asuming that such update is recognized and installable ..... Rene.

Hello, Still trouble shooting for 4 days now. In knowledge base from aerosoft it says : Do I need a Microsoft account to install Microsoft Flight Simulator? Yes. A Microsoft account is required to purchase and install Microsoft Flight Simulator. The disk version of Microsoft Flight Simulator will guide you through the creation of an Xbox account should you not already have one. But it doesn't ask for that ! I'm running a windows 10 pc, should I still create an Xbox account ?? Greetings !

Do I need to create a Xbox account? I bought DVD version from Aerosoft and use Microsoft account.. Greetings René

HI, I bought the dvd's version from Aerosoft. I use the Microsoft account.

I can't even do that, because the game goes only till " press any key" when I do press any key, It just starts again with intro pictures and press any key...

The upgrades in the store don't succeed. Keep getting an error code. Searched internet, nothing works.. Installed the 10 dvd's premium deluxe version. It's just the base pack. Rest must be upgraded via Ms store... When I press play it goes up to "press any key" and that's it.. Waited long, payed money and can't even try to play... Microsoft, please fix your store. Greetings..
