I have a weird issue with the EFB Charts app - I keep getting stuck on a loading screen. I got it to work once, but after installing liveries and latest AIRAC it stopped working again with the same issue. ANyone else running into this?

I was able to load all the way into the menus, it recognized my 2020 account and asked me to restart so I could access it. Unfortunately, the second load isn't faster - must be looking at downloading something each time (language files). Hopefully something they will update.

If you are having issues with the menu - put on an FPS limit in your GPU control panels or turn on VSync

I had this issue - try holding alt tab so you can see where your mouse position is, move where you need it, let go of alt-tab and then click. I think its due to having some controllers/joysticks/ect plugged in. I also found holding the up arrow made it so I could enter in my microsoft account info without it auto scrolling down.
