  • Then of course the obvious counter argument to your point.  Why is PMDG themselves making the 747-100/200/300/400?   I'm not going to pretend the newest airplanes do not sell in the largest numbe

  • While I'm happy that Boris made an amazing soundpack I don't think this should be the norm. It's a near $78 product with average, near borderline mediocre, sounds, we should keep pushing PMDG to do be

  • I've had a PMDG 737 since FS9 and will always have it no matter what version. It remains the gold standard.

Randazzo: The 2024 737s are 1000 times better than the ones in 2020 but 90% as good as the upcoming 747

This was a fantastic interview.

Buddy, you sound like a broken record.

Need more new planes… the 737NG gets a re-release every time there is a newer simulator. This is the first time I’m going to sit this one out, I’ve owned the thing since P3Dv2 and for every subsequent simulator since then.

So 747 classics and -400 by end of 2026.
-800 some time in 2027.
I bet things will slip but not bad by way of managing expectations.

You had me worried when you said -800 which made me think 737. I think you ment -8 as there is no 747-800.

You’re right, my mistake.

While we are on the 737s, I wonder what order they’ll come. Original order or will the do the popular ones first.

From his FSElite article, Randazzo said the 737-800 is on track to arrive before the end of the year, with the rest of the NG line expected to follow soon after.

Where's my 744?

Not until the 741, 742, 743, 74S, 748 then in 2034 the 74D before we get the 744. 😂

One interesting detail I just picked up is that the crew stuff from DC-6 will make its appearance for the 747 classics. You'll have an AI flight engineer that can handle flows and run through checklists, as well as managing waypoints in the CIVA.

16x times the detail!

Jokes aside, I wonder where's the 777 sound update, which was almost ready like a month ago....

Started trying to watch it but there was too much giggling couldn't and I couldn't hear what was being said. I'm passing on the NG if they ever do a MAX/787 then yeah.
