As Scott is no longer developing LINDA I wonder if there is any solution to fixing the radio tuning panel part of the VRInsight MCP Combo (I have v1) to support VATSIM's new 8.33 kHz spacing of the radio frequencies? Can it be found and fixed in the lua files somewhere? I'll try and look myself, but just wondering if other people have already done that... I love my MCP Combo - it's just too bad the software support for it is so bad...! 😧 UPDATE: I found something in for example LINDA\system\common.lua around line 2710 (Default_NAVCOM_plus) but I don't really know what to do with it...

I own the VRInsight EFIS/MCP/COM and have, forever, had a problem with the values jumping when I turn the knobs. Has anyone gotten it to work right? I use LINDA and FSUIPC and do love the fact that there it is supported by LINDA. Is this just something you have to accept with this hardware? Does anyone use it that doesn't have that problem? I had my board replaced for a power problem months back and hoped that the issue would have been resolved but it's the same...jumping values when I turn the knobs. Gregg -
Hi, I have a problem with the knobs on my MCP combo being overly sensative. Sometimes I'm turning the knob (even slowly) and it will jump 10 degrees...I try to turn back and it jumps five or fifteen. I've sometimes seen it jump 70 or 80 degrees with just a touch. Wondering if anyone else out there has had that problem and what they did about it. Gregg

Hi, I was using mcp combo with the pmdg ngx with no problem, when for some reason I had to reinstall fsx. After reinstalling ngx I allso did the modifications in ngx options ini (EnableDataBroadcast=1). My question is the mcp combo Works with default aircraft but not with the ngx anymore. Can someone give me a suggestion? Thanks İlhan KESMEZ
