Congratulations Captain!Not just for the rating but attaining what you mentioned was your lifelong goal and dream. And thanks for sharing part of it along the way. re:type rated means Cpt. Randazzo is now licensed by the FAA to pilot the 747 for a certain time period. A Pilot's license for 747's:)

Hey Everyone!Sorry I've been mostly missing since Ryan started this nice thread last month. I was gone for the training for about...erm... (counts on fingers) five weeks?You can imagine how much crud piles up in the inbox and on the desk in two weeks.I've mentioned in passing that I conduct some consulting work to a few airlines- and of course there is PMDG... Mrs. Randazzo... My little girl... Two dogs... the yard...At any rate- I've been absolutely buried in tasks these past few weeks- and I'm excited to throw up a few posts telling you all what the training was like. I think some of my observations may interest you- some will amuse you- and some will bore you to death.I'm seeing daylight at the end of the task list this week- so hopefully I'll share some of my observations over the next few days.Thanks again for your enthusiasm, guys- I'm flattered.
