Hi gang, I just loaded the new 178 drivers and seamed to loose some frame rate.Also on the Nvidia control panel,I can't select FSX under the program settings. I went back to the 175.19. For my setup, 169.something works best of all the versions I've tried for my 8800GTX. Every certified and beta driver I've tried since 169.25 has given me problems, especially when using dual monitors with FSX. However, I am currently using the 175.19 with good success...so far.ArtBiostar TF560-A2+, Athlon 64X2-6000+, 4GB RAM, Geforce 8800GTS-320MB, 500W PSU, 250GB HD, FSX(SP1-SP2), Audigy SE sound, Vista Home Premium 32 bit, CH Yoke & Pedals, 22" WS LCD monitor

The 17's performance under FSX is terrible with more pronounced stutters. Recently went back to 169.25 and FSX has improved considerably with FPS remaining constant with an overall smoothness to the sim. I'm also using the 8800GTX.Can't really explain why this driver is better for the card.At least in my experiance anyway.
