December 11, 200817 yr Author kiki do you still have fs9 installed you would have to copy the b777 gauge file over to the fsx guage file. boeing777-300.gau Well, I don
December 12, 200817 yr But still the original problem is there: no gauges or their are only partially visible. There seems to be no one who has been able to use Posky ERJ virtual cockpit with FSX and SP2. Really??KikiI presume you have seen my current thread on the gauges in the Posky777 VC not showing in the VISTA computer of our flightsim club, but showing okay in my own home XP computer - the 777 files are exacly the same in both computers, since they have been copied from one to the other. It is a real mystery to me.NigelVancouver

December 12, 200817 yr Author You are saying that some gauges won't run on Vista64? I've never heard of this happening. I will have to take a look at this (since I run Vista 64). So this was with the Posky ERJ135 or ERJ145?Hi!No, they don

December 13, 200817 yr Author Very very interesting post! I was curious about this, so I just spent some time downloading and experimenting with the Posky ERJ145LR in FSX. First of all:1) it is an FS2002 model (I looked at the mdl with hex editor...it's not even an FS9 model)...because of #1, we're lucky it works in fSX at all. Just wanted to make that point first and foremost.Secondly:2) it is trying to use the Lear_45 gauge, which I think is the FS2002 Lear gauge, not even the FS9 one. At any rate, adding the FS9 Lear gauge to FSX doesn't help the panel much. Most of the gauges do not show, or only the needles show for some of the engine gauges. That I didn
December 13, 200817 yr Kiki it works it just takes some time to get it right. make sure you have all the vc textures in the texture folder of your favorite paint also the night textures which you can get in posky site go to your fsx lear jet folder copy and paste the panel folder to your posky aircraft folder overwrite the original go into the panel and open up the panel.cfg you must have theses lines or the vc will not work right. It must be right below the [Window05] section. this is from the posky american airlines erj145lr. and remember you must have the boeing777-300.gau from fs9 copied over to your fsx gauge folder. I believe you can use the 737-800 gauges but that's more work lol you have to edit the panel.cfg for that and replace all the lines that use the boeing777-300.gau file and since I'm the most terrible person on the planet to explain things and you know of a better easier way please post it. :)//--------------------------------------------------------[Vcockpit01]file=$vc_01.bmp Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=1024,1024visible=0pixel_size=1024,1024texture=$vc_01gauge00=Boeing777-300!Backup_Attitude, 710,687,306,318gauge01=Lear_45!PFD, -2,-19,523,684gauge02=Lear_45!EICAS, 505,-21,523,684gauge03=Boeing777-300!Clock, 432,697,277,277//--------------------------------------------------------[Vcockpit02]file=$vc_02.bmp Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=1024,1024visible=0pixel_size=1024,1024texture=$vc_02gauge00=Boeing777-300!Backup_Attitude, 710,685,306,318gauge01=Lear_45!PFD, -2,-21,523,684gauge02=Lear_45!EICAS, 505,-23,523,684gauge03=Boeing777-300!Clock, 432,695,277,277//--------------------------------------------------------[Vcockpit03]file=$vc_03.bmp Background_color=0,0,0 size_mm=1024,1024visible=0pixel_size=1024,1024texture=$vc_03gauge00=Lear_45!Radio Stack, 493,26,448,510gauge01=Lear_45!Radio Stack, 494,510,448,510gauge02=Lear_45!EICAS, -12,-20,523,684gauge03=magnetic_compass!Magnetic-Compass, 5,638,356,344Day=255,255,255Night=0,0,0Luminous=0,0,0[Default View]X=0Y=0SIZE_X=8191SIZE_Y=2390and you also need to have these 3 texuers in your panel folder called $vc_01 $vc_02 $vc_03 which are from the file os_erj145lr_vc which you can download from the posky site, which contains other folder called panel.vc that is were those 3 texture files are you must copy them to your new panel folder. This is how it looks like Cesar Martinez AMD 7800X3D RTX5080 NZXT N7 B650E | G.Skill 32GB DDR5 Samsung 980 Pro 2TB | Crucial MX500 (2×) | Crucial P3 Plus Monitor: Philips Evnia 34M2C6500 QD-OLED

February 6, 200917 yr :( That's inspirational Silverbird, I'm on XP SP2So before I dropped the B777.gau in the FSX Gauges folder, and put all of those lines in the panel.cfg in, my ERJ145 VC looked like thisBeforeSo, I took the Learjet45 panel and replaced my ERJ panel with it, and I found the 777 gau file and droped it in my FSX gauges folder, and changed the panel.cfg and then it turned out like this,AfterSo can anyone think of any steps i might have missed?
