February 10, 200917 yr can u just tell me where are those files?I think the best thing would be to write to [email protected] with the proof of the purchase, or at least write from the email address you bought it with, and I'm sure they will be glad to help you out.

February 10, 200917 yr can u just tell me where are those files? And yes, the files you mean, are gone. If you uninstalled your FS9 and completely deleted your FS9 folder, then reinstalled, then you have a problem in your windows registry. Thus you need direct PMDG help, because keys are usually hidden and not easily recognizable.

February 12, 200917 yr Firstly, let me say that I don't condone piracy.Having said that I am a little concerned that PMDG appears to have interferred with a non PMDG file, if I am reading this correctly, in an attempt to thwart piracy. In some countries this would be viewed as a malicious act on the part of PMDG. Even deleting files that PMDG has deemed are pirated is very close to being illegal in some countries. I would suggest that a very fine line is being walked here, if this is the case.Just my observation. Scott

And it possibly might prevent you from installing even a fully registered product. And as user already said, he deleted FS9, so I think the error was on the point where someone would do anything to make a possibly pirated product working. Of course, these are only speculations.
