April 3, 201412 yr Commercial Member The best and easiest thing to do would be to get in touch with your credit card company so you can avoid alot of hassle and aggravation from what I read over the years. Search for Ariane in the forums and you'll see why. Actually, a few years back, I bought one of their products. When I found out I didn't get everything as advertised, I contacted my credit card company to stop the payment and deleted / shred the contents from my hard drive. Their response: "we will not file the charge-back. you people should understand or we will handle this legally." (something like that, not verbatim, but they threatened a lawsuit if I cancelled the payment) Of course, it was all handled and I got my money back, but I'm just saying - that was part of the process. And no, there was no lawsuit in the end. TFDi Design
April 3, 201412 yr Wow! I would have thought that the PMDG NGX would have put the final nail in Ariane's coffin. I'm shocked they're still in business. David Webster AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D | G.Skill 32GB DDR4 3600Mhz | EVGA RTX 3080 Ti @ 3440X1440 | Crucial 2TB M.2 | Win11
