May 19, 200323 yr Love them? Just a little! I'm lucky enough to work for Boeing (C-17) at KLGB..we have a DC3 Cargo company here, they supply Catalina Island (26 miles off shore) with several scheduled flights daily with their 2 DC3's. Amazing to watch and even more to hear! (I can be buried deep in our buildings here and still hear one when it takes off!) I did 1/2 around the world in the FS2K MAAM RD4 online with escort buddies in P-51's! :D

May 20, 200323 yr Next time you're in West Palm Beach, Florida (KPBI) look around to the south of 9R. There is a whole fleet of DC-3's parked there.
May 20, 200323 yr Yup, I love the DC-3's in genera;, the new one in FS2004, and above all 'Jan's upcoming beauty... The FS2004 flies good and looks good. The MAAM-Sim DC-3 still beats any competitor hands down.... and my copy is months old ! ;-)As for the clickable VC's..hmmmm. I am a very active VC pilot, but I rather use my buttons and keys for actions and look around in the VC with the hatswitch only. Letting go of my yoke or joystick in the middle of a turn towards final to fool around with a mouse clicking on a small switch is somehow just not 'natural' :-roll:-outta Francois :-wave

"At home in the wild"[link:avsim.com/alaska/alaska_052.htm]Don's Alaskan Bush Charters]"Beavers Lead the Way"[br]
http://www.fssupport.com/images/moose4.gif
[/table Francois A. May 20, 200323 yr Jan, it looks fantastic! I think that the FS2004 version will just whet user's appetite for more, and your DC3 will be there for them.Good luck with the remaining development work!
