Why would you want to pollute a Level-D product with something from Captain Sim?

With the latest update, the CS757 is, IMHO, a better product that the LDS767. The 767 is after all, a little old now. Time for an update boys, can't hold onto the glories of the past forever!AB

Hello Bill:Yes, I have a successful merge of the LDS767 panel in the CS757. If you will send me an email, I will reply with what I have. My address is [email protected] Dave who said: "Why would you want to pollute a Level-D product with something from Captain Sim?"I think you got what Bill requested reversed. Rather than to "pollute a Level-D product", Bill wants to improve a CS757 product (which IMHO this merge really does). To AB: I think the key words may be "latest update" concerning the CD757. I have the earlier version which had a panel that left something to be desired to say the least. You may be right and the latest version may be the cat's whiskers, I don't know. My assumption is that Bill has the earlier version as well. Being that I don't have the "latest version" of the CS757, I concede that I cannot give a credible evaluation of your humble opinion. However, I do find it a little difficult to believe that "the CS757 is.....a better product that the LDS767." IMHO the LDS767 is one of the benchmarks for FS and even though "the LDS767 is after all, a little old now", I still think it is one of the premier aircraft available (probably because I am "a little old now" too (delete "a little").Respectfully:RTH

Sorry my friend but I respectfully disagree. Whilst I do agree the panels of the LDS are showing their age, the systems modeling, implementation and functionally, far surpass the CS757.I purchased the CS757 when v4.3 was released. Initially I was impressed. The panels and model are very well done; something that CS are generally regarded as good at.However, a few hours in the left seat revealed that certain areas of the aircraft systems are non-functional or only partial.

I own both products. While the CS 757 4.3 software model pamel is ok, it just does'nt compare the the functionailty the the LDS panel. To RTH thanks in advance for the info. My email is on the wayBill M
