Umberto this may not be the place for this but you never resolved my issue with the coupon not being accepted.I will admit the method used to collect funds from customers is a pain in the rear end. Is there anyway you could switch to a non in game interface to purchase your products? The current method is not something I have ever been happy about.

You know very vell that we opened a support ticket with Esellerate, and they confirmed that there wasn't any other explanation for your missed Coupon, other than you simply forgot to insert it.

I don't see how the fact that you failed to insert a discount Coupon because you purchased other products in the past ( which is not something that is usually seen offered by other developers in the first place ), but in fact it's easy to do for us THANKS to the Esellerate system, has anything to do with the purchase method, which can't be easier, because it allows to have the product instantly active, without even leaving the flight sim session, to wait for activation codes to arrive via email, that might come or not.Really, I don't see how this method could be any easier than already it is. If we used a different system, we probably wouldn't have had the Coupon feature in the first place so, you would't have anything to complain about the fact it wasn't accepted...

Of course there is, if you select the "Buy on Web", FS9 will launch your browser, and it will go to a traditional Web page, were the actual purchase is made just like any other product: you add the products in the cart, you pay, you get a Serial Number via email. The fact that is FS9 that is launching the browser, is entirely irrelevant: it's not doing anything special, except launching the browser to a specific ULR but then is not doing anyhting, it would be exactly the same if we simply put the URL on our website with a button "Buy". However, we prefer having FS9 launch the browser, so we know you *have* installed the Trial so, we are reasonably sure that you probably tried it and found it to be working.Interesting enough, if you DID chose the Web purchase, we might have other explanation of the why your Coupon wasn't accepted, because the browser purchase can suffer more by things like pressing Back/forward browser keys during the transation that *might* disturb the process, and losing the Coupon. Something that, instead, it's just not possible with the Integrated purchase. So, the main issue your are pointing out with regard to your personal experience with the purchase process, which is the failed application of the Coupon, and suggesting a more traditional Web purchase because of that, is exactly the opposite because a Web purchase is just what might have casued your missed Coupon, being inerhently less reliable. However, with regard to your specific problem, what really put me off is that, while we tried every way to understand whats happened, losing time to open a support enquiry with Esellerate (which you were always CCed in...), you NEVER, ever taken into account to accept the slightest chance that you might have simply forgotten to include it, always pretending there was some kind of fault into "our" system. From the moment you press the "Buy" button, up to the conclusion of the whole process, it's ALL done by Esellerate system, that is a proven one, Esellerate is Digital River, which is the N.1 e-commerce supplier in the world, and their system is tried and tested by a far larger community than the flight sim one, if there was a problem with their Coupon system, it would have been known by now, or at least they would have know about the chances this would happening, barring user error. However, you have your scenery running and activated, and it might be just cumbersome to issue a refund, let you un-activated it, and have you purchase it again (without even mentioning that some time might pass from the moment we order a refund and you get your money back) I think it's just better that, when we'll release our next product, you'll contact me via email, reminding to offer you a personalized Coupon, to cover for the missed one.Umberto Colapicchioni - VIRTUALI s.a.s.http://www.fsdreamteam.com
